If you like cleaner rooms this one is not for you. The cleaning is very poor. Breakfast very bad and lot of monkeys stealing stuff even from the rooms.

Location is good for families as is a little bit far from all the night life. Nice view. Beside the hotel there is a nice bar and beach is beautiful

Not good breakfast. Very noisy fresh Waters pumps next and near our room, you can hear them all the time in the room. Lot of old and needed renovation things in hotel e.g. walls.

The staff were not that friendly, almost rude in a way. Definitely don't expect them to go out of their way to help you lol. The room was nice, but there was sauce or blood all over both of the robes. ew. Also, the breakfast area was kind of creepy. Outdated for sure. The food was eh, nothing to brag about. Just a decent standard mediocre breakfast.

Good location. Good view and cool how monkeys were right there by our front door. Pool was cool too.

The rooms seemed like they hadn't been stayed in for a while ( Probably true after the Covid Lockdowns, but could still be cleaned before guests arrive) Our original double room was next to a generator so we were moved to a twin room instead. This one had a roof that leaked during a heavy rain storm and was originally quite dusty and smelled musty.

The Pool had a wonderful view of the sea. The Kitchen staff provided us with specially cooked Vegan breakfasts every morning and they were delicious and varied. The porters carried our bags to and from the Ferry.

The location was amazing built into the side of a cliff and only a short walk from the pier and town. The staff were helpful in getting our bags, organising a boat trip, minding our luggage etc. The room was so spacious and exceeded our expectations and the pool area was a delight. We saw the odd monkey which for us added to our experience. The staff were very experienced in dealing with the monkeys so we felt completely safe. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

Some of the bathroom fittings were 'grimy' and were showing their age. The room and bathroom was not dirty however you could tell some of the fittings had been there for a good few years and needed some tlc. The breakfast room could have done with some A/C or fans. Breakfast was only ok.

Friendly staff, but very laid back. The daily cleaning of the room goes to the minimum (floor and towels). The big windows and the small window in the bathroom could have had a wash. No one cleans the beach (plastic) and the beach chairs. That would take 5 minutes a day but ... The Instant coffee you get at breakfast is not a great start of the day.

Very nice and quiet location at the end of the bay. Excellent swimming pool and huge hotel rooms.

Standing water in bathroom after shower. Sometimes towels were stained. Too many Monkeys which would come into the room the moment the terrace door is opened - but staff did their best to chase them away.

The stuff was quite rude. We booked a room including breakfast and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that the restaurant is closed. Finally, they offered us breakfast but with only 3 standard choices every day instead of buffet. They should have updated their website in booking and stated that the restaurant is closed. In addition, the reception was rude telling us that other guests were waiting and we should do the check in fast. In addition they didn't clean the room property, but they only made the bed and threw the trash. We found hair in the toilet from the previous days. Very disappointing from a 4 star hotel.

Phi phi cliff is a wrost hotel i ever seen. They dont know how to talk to guest there is luggage guy who abuse us nd get out from hotel !! And other staff also suppurting him so I recommend never book this kind hotel they also don’t deserve 1 star !! I suggest hotel you should fire this luggage guy who abuse us in front of every one.

The reception manager was not kind at all, She didn’t tried to listen and understand our issue. The rooms are poorly maintained. Looks like hotel with high potential but during the years wasn’t maintained properly and looks old. No privacy as the balcony on the last floor is shared. The price per stay is not proportional for the quality and the service.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance from the center but yet quiet spot at the edge of the bay.

I do not have enough time to explain how bad for the money this hotel is. This hotel is in such a bad state of repair that a simple makeover will not fix it,it seems like little to no money has been invested in this property for years. It’s just so tatty/dirty.This is a Muslim hotel (we were not made aware of this and don’t believe that their beliefs should be thrust upon us as we got beer and bacon all over Thailand in every hotel )and has no bar to get a cold beer on a hot day,no bacon for breakfast in 1 week we got something that resembled bacon I asked several times is this chicken and told its bacon and after several times of asking told yes it’s chicken.The food was cold and uninviting with the head waitress standing on your shoulder or staring at you through the slats ready to pounce which was in the end partly comical awaiting for you to finish in a food pile so that she could re tidy it. The hotel is just a front for the animals that came to eat there from 11am to 3 pm boat after boat of day trippers I say animals because that is the way that they were treated by their tour guide blowing whistles and shouting RED TEAM FOLLOW ME or other boat guides shouting yellow team back to the boat like herding cats. One day a lady put her bags and bits on the sun bed that I was lying on at the time to get changed totally carefree, I wouldn’t mind but we had to get up early to get the 2 sun beds that would connect together of the 6 or so available that were black or cracked. The doorways exited to what resembles a sewerage work’s large blue tanks.I could fit my hand under the door so mosquito entrance. The shower cubicle flooded the bathroom with all the cupboards and the door swollen and peeling cracked tiles with loose towels hangers.ripped settees cracked walls stained ceilings.

Housekeeping doesn’t clean very well just change towels. Our bathroom mirror and bench top and the floor were dirty until we check out. The bathroom drain were soooooo stinky!!! I can’t believe it how smelly it was inside our room.
