New ZealandRubbish and room was not serviced at all over our stay, did leave sign on door. Bugs in the bed (but not bedbugs). Also very loud from beach party so join it or just bring air plugs. Place needs love, but hey then it wouldn't be affordable.
Most beautiful views from bed, didn't want to leave! Right on the water, looking out through coconut palms. Perfect for a swim or snorkel straight out.

The location was really good, close enuff to hear the beach carrying ons, but far enuff away not to care. Room was good, we chose fan, which turned out to be good, as it helped block the party noise Pool was a bonus, barely used by the looks Staff friendly and helpful, esp the manager 🙏🙏🙏

ItalyNot enough sockets to charge your belongings (3 in a room for 2 people) and 1 was not even working. The wifi didn't work in my room and the staff is extremely slow if you have breakfast at the hotel and they don't speak a lot of english.
Very good location close to the beach side for the night parties and very close to the centre. The view on the sea is very beautiful in the common area where you have breakfast!

United KingdomHaving read the previous reviews for this property we were a little skeptical. However we were pleasantly surprised. We were met at the port with a luggage porter and a friendly smile from the staff. The accommodation was basic, a beach hut overlooking the sea - however clean and perfectly functional. The price was a little higher, however to be expect for this remote and popular island. We were not disturbed by any noise when in our room, and the accommodation was a short walk to the main town area. All in all a pleasant stay :)

The view is amazing, even if you get a room there’s not seafront. The bed is comfy and the bedroom and bathroom were nice, big and clean. The pool is nice also with a great view.

IrelandLocation was terrible, the walk to the place is terribly dirty. Rooms very basic and in need of maintenance. Cockroaches and a mouse found in the rooms. Steps to lower bedrooms dangerous. We spent 1 night and checked into another hotel.

NetherlandsI got a seafront room with many issues. The air conditioning didn't work, the internet didn't work, the chairs were broken, and there was a lot of noise disturbance. Because of the beach, you're kept awake until four in the morning as the whole room shakes and the music is very loud. - Extreme noise disturbance! Every day! - Bedbugs!!!! - No air conditioning - Broken chairs - No hot water - Bad odors Despite Booking.com and the owner refusing a refund, I felt compelled to leave this hellhole 4 days early. Consider yourself warned! This place is truly awful and not worth your money.

It allowed us chance to recoup some energy after weeks of fast paced travelling. You will see a beautiful sunset from this hotel. The room was clean and the staff friendly.

AustraliaThe room was full of ants, full of small lizards and cockroaches. We really didn’t like how the staff treated us, they didn’t find a solution like changing our room to another, they only sprayed the room to remove the insects. This was very disgusting, my clothes inside the backpacks were full of ants… also the bed and pillow. I took pictures of everything (attached). They said that maybe I brought food but I didn’t. But what if I would do? This shouldn’t be a problem for a room in a resort. They laughed of us, they said “you can leave a bad review”. I asked them for a cancellation and refund the money of those 2 nights I booked, as I wasn’t happy to stay. They rejected our request so we decided to contact Booking.com directly. Then, this third company system contacted the resort in order to find a solution. The staff member didn’t agree to refund, so Booking.com asked me via email if I wanted to cancel loosing my money anyway or if I wanted to keep my booking. This was so unfair and disappointing. This wouldn’t happen in another place. This resort doesn’t care about the customer. They only care about the money. We tried to avoid the staff members for the whole stay.
We only liked the location, because we could walk from the main point of Phi Phi (where restaurants, shops and dock were). It’s only 10 min walk away.
