Our room had damage on the ceiling that had been repaired and not finished properly, to get out to the balcony, you had to open the door that was almost behind the couch and the curtain, it was awkward to get out, the pools were too war. They allow smoking on the balcony, so there was someone smoking on the next balcony and the smoke drifted into our balcony/room

Unfortunately, the weather was too hot, and the humidity to high we could enjoy the pool as the water was warm, not refreshing at all. The room service food was terrible, and I will not recommend it. It is better to eat outside.

The resort is beautiful and big, lots to see we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great buffet breakfast,lots of choices.

The pool was very hot (felt like a soup!). Hard to get lounge chairs at times but really like the sign staff put up if towels are left on chairs unattended. Needed more staff walking around and picking up dirty dishes, taking orders etc.

Great location directly opposite the beach and a few blocks away from busy Bang La Road. Lots of street carts outside for food. Rooms are nicely renovated and comfortable although found the air conditioning wasn't always great!

The restroom had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit disappointing. The air conditioning was okay but could have been better for a more comfortable stay.

Our stay at Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa was short but delightful! 🌴 The resort's location is incredibly convenient, just across from the beach, making it easy for us to enjoy jet skiing and other beach activities. We had dinner and massages near the hotel, which was so relaxing. We also enjoyed breakfast on-site and dinner one night at the resort—the meals were delicious, and the setting was lovely. Even though we were there for only one day, the resort provided a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

They could be abit more flexible with check in and out times. The pool view rooms arent that great for the extra money you pay. If you happen to go for a pool view room you could be facing opposite to a very noisy pool where activities could be very loud and distracting. I wish we would have paid less and went for the garden view. There's not anything spectacular to even see with the pool. It wasn't worth it at all.

The breakfast was just amazing! It was very close to the beach which meant our wifi would often connect when we would be on the beach. The location is great if you want to be in the mix of fun near the strip.

The room smells misty, it’s very humid so you can smell the humidity in the room. The variety of western dishes at breakfast was a problem for me.

It was central in terms of location, it was close to a lot of places. The beach is a walking distance away and the hotel itself has nice amenities to keep you entertained.

Customer service overall was average with staff somewhat disinterested, noticeable at sunset wing pool bar. Property is dated and general surrounds need upgrading such as sun beds, cabanas and pool and spa areas.

Pool bar, swim up rooms, number and size of pools. Sufficient pool beds. Buffet breakfast options and multiple dining rooms. Bowling Alley. Size and layout of resort meant you didn’t feel overcrowded. Location to beach.

We watched at times the staff at the pool bar (not the main pool bar) be quite short tempered and rude to the customers including ourselves. The buffet isn't as good as it was on past visits. The entertainment for the Songkran festival was a let down. No flow to the acts, the presenter wasn't very good either. It just didn't seem like anything about the show was planned out.

Our room went straight out onto a pool, close to all amenities. The staff at the front desk were lovely. Close the beach.
