The view from the ocean view villa is amazing. Pool was nice. Floating breakfast was a cool addition. We had in room massage which was super good. They do everything in their power to accommodate!

We were kept waiting till the official check in time, even though our room was available. The pool was dirty. All these issues could have been resolved if housekeeping had checked our villa out prior to our arrival.

Wonderful location for peace and quite. Fabulous views for sunrise and sunset. Large villas with an enormous pool. Helpful staff.

The toilet bowl wasn't washed clean. Had a smell.

The pool.. the quietness. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and buggy to the villa was always on time and quick. Staff were so so pleasant and friendly.

In our private pool there was lots of missing tiles in the swimming pool WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN A RESORT WITH SUCH HIGH PRICES?I had such high expectations because of the high prices paid.There are better resorts in this category in Phuket and Khao lak i stayed there during my 3 weeks stay.i will not mention any names?but are happy to if needed.

We stayed as a family of 4 in 2 Tropical View rooms that were huge (800+ square feet) with a separate living room and bathroom. Ask for rooms on a higher floor as they result in beautiful views from the balcony. They are also very close to the main pool and Firefly restaurant where breakfast is served. Breakfast was very nice and you are served from your table for tea/coffee and from the egg menu which is lovely, whilst the rest of the buffet was excellent, especially the free flowing bubbly. We ate at all the restaurants which are very nice if a touch expensive as there are so many nice restaurants in Bang Tao / Boat Road. You get super views from 360. Firefly was great for lunch. Alto was nice but the bill does rack up, especially if you order wine. The service in all 3 restaurants was excellent and the serving staff could not do more to make your visit any better. The resort is very hilly but don’t worry as they have loads of buggy’s and cars (without doors) to take you wherever you need via an app you install on your phone or via a call to reception. My wife visited the spa and was delighted with the treatments. We also took the shuttle bus from the hotel to the shopping centre which was good. Most of the time when we ate out we took a taxi to Bang Tao (300 bhat each way) and Phuket Night market (700 bhat each way). We also bought the resort credits in advance which gave you extra money to spend on food, drink, spa treatments and so is a worthwhile investment. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely visit again in the future. Not only is the resort lovely but ALL the staff were super friendly and made our stay one to remember.

Love the ambience and decor of the hotel. The Pavilion has the most friendly staff and they made our stay so welcoming and enjoyable. There were so many beautiful hotel in Phuket and compared to the others, I love the “Thai style” decor which is unique, and the friendly and cheerful staff is what makes us love this hotel

The bed was a bit hard due lack of matress topper on top of the actual one. Plese put signs that requests showering before swimming. This is a common issue in all properties, that would need attention.

Amazing place which rejuvenates your soul. Tranquil pool area with efficient and professional service. Private location, excellent food and a good place for a wellness treat or other taylormade activites. Small things makes great difference in the efforts to value your customers, the traditional afternoon tea as an example.

Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy. It was not accessible most of the time within the room. Although the it guy came and said that they were having this issue with some devices and helped out. I would expect a 5 star to have exceptional internet services for what they are charging. Location was very quiet even for a family and even though we had a car we had to wait for the buggy. The drivers were great in that they were limited in number but would try and cater to everyone. Staff are exceptional but management should do better.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff, good spacious rooms and clean pool. Unlimited supply of bottled water. Special mention to Mai in reception who was so helpful and friendly. Buggy drivers “Wut” and “Number 1” were exceptionally friendly and helpful they would even guide us where to visit each day in Phuket. Spa services were excellent at the spa pavilion room.
