the location was a bit awkward, it was very close to Nimman neighborhood so easy to go there but the place itself was in a street that came off a big busy avenue

You can hear planes quite loudly here, but I got used to it after a few days and slept peacefully.

I really liked the traditional style in the interior. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Excellent location, right next to One Nimman!

A total of 8 of us (me and my running friends came for Doi Inthanon race by UTMB) stayed from 7 to 11 Dec, 2023. My package was without breakfast. But the owner prepared many nice homemade cookies for guests and we found her cookies very delicious. The location is just nice, opposite Nimman area and walking distance to Maya shopping centre. Overall, our stay was good, except for the rooms' lights are quite dim and rather many mosquitoes inside the room. Not sure is due to the season or no rain for few days. But we were given mosquitoes spray and it was still manageable. There was some noise on one of the nights but the owner helped to talk to the neighbor and problems solved. We asked for body massage recommendation and the owner helped to find one and the service was excellent. We really appreciate her help. Would love to see the owner upgrade her rooms with better lightings. Would recommend to friends if they come to Chiangmai.

Nice place to stay Landlord provide cookies, oranges and beverages at the pantry. Defects at the hotel are quickly fixed.

There is no toothpaste and brush included as freebies for toiletries. Only basic needs like soap and shampoo. And an extra shower cup and cotton buds.

The hotel is near Maya Mall. Very convenient and yes twas quiet in the area, only the dogs from the neighborhood was quite excited when you pass on the neighbor’s house but thankfully the gate is closed 😬 The hotel is exceptional. It’s like traditional house with balcony and stairs. The room is spacious and nice design as well. Our room has tub. The staff is very accommodating and responsive on chat. There are free coffee, tea, and I love their cookies.

A lot of mosquitoes in my room when I checked in and there seemed to be no way that they could get in. Lack of power sockets in convenient locations.

Good size room, comfortable bed, has a bathtub which was a treat. Great location, walking distance to many places and easy to get Grab transport.

Unfortunately, it's close to the hotel where they are plying music quite loudly.

The property is great. I really like the homemade cookies that were available :). The stuff is also cleaning your room very often and puts free bottles of water. It was a nice stay.

The windows in the room was always closed but for some reason there were always mosquitos in the room so that was annoying.

I stayed in the suite room. it was spacious and comfortable, the bed was nice and the shower was good.

There are only 2 Patking lots. Water flow was quite weak and slowly heat up.

The hair dryer was a little old and weak.

The location was excellent, just minutes from the busy intersection of Maya. It's inside a small alleyway, so it was quiet. The AC worked well.

Crossing Hauy Kwae (spelling??). Reception is not always manned. Common balcony area for smoking would annoy some. Bed may be a little to firm

The location was perfect, just 5-minute walk from Maya Lifestyle Mall and One Nimman. The room was spacious and clean.

The location is also close to the airport, it's quite noisy anytime the planes take off and land.

The location is within walking distance to the One Nimman Night market. And in the small alley which is very quiet.
