The breakfast lacked some healthy options, everything was full of carbs- toasts/pancakes etc. Would love to have more vegetables, plant based milk. But the staff was very nice and allowed me to just bring what I needed with me and adopted a bit the options on the breakfast menu.

The bungalo was amazing! Really nice territory as well. Next to the hotel there's a supermarket and some cafes, massages. Wifi was good.

Beach was quite rocky, bringing water shoes is definitely recommended. Food at the restaurant on the property was mediocre.

Villa was spacious, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The resort is in a beautiful tropical setting located on a sandy beach in a small cove. The on-site restaurant was located next to the beach. The food was of excellent quality. It was open from breakfast through dinner, serving meals, snacks, and drinks. We ate most of our meals there. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would recommend staying here if you want a quieter location away from the busier, more hectic tourist areas.

Location is quite remote but you can rent a scooter - not a lot of restaurants etc. nearby

Staff was awesome & did speak English - beach area is really beautiful - complex is so pretty & relaxed - room was big & comfy - 7/11 just a short walking distance away - bar & restaurant is really nice

Parking very limited and condition of the steep exit out onto the main road meant that we scraped the underneath of our hire car several times.

Situated right on the beach, hotel frontage onto the beach was swept every morning, on-site restaurant was reasonably priced with a varied menu, friendly and attentive staff

the rooms were a bit run down and definitely need a make over - please keep the old school Thai style!!!! however the rooms are clean, great shower and bed is comfortable!

the resort is absolutely lovely and the garden is just gorgeous! really nice and relaxing! breakfast area is also an absolute gem as it’s right at the beach and you can order as much as you want from their menu.

Love all the plants and trees on the property, it feels like you are in the jungle. The view of the beach and ocean as you walk down the path are great. Cabin was clean and a good size, the outdoor bathroom and shower were large. The complimentary breakfast was simple but tasty, the paid menu was reasonably priced and pretty good as well. Highly recommend booking a massage, it's lovely to listen to the waves while getting a massage (good value compared to US prices as well).

just had a lot of ants in the bathroom, but it’s an outdoor bathroom and I knew that going in. just took a little getting used to.

- Mattress is a bit hard and smells bad - old AC (noisy and not cold enough at times) - breakfast could have more variety (but it’s ok because it’s free and you can buy something else from the main menu) - some people occupy the hammock with towels and personal things for prolonged time. It doesn’t feel right.

Really nice place, good vibe, attentive staff, beautiful garden, cool hammock. The Beach is beautiful, clean, great for snorkelling and overall very cozy. Open air shower in our bungalow was very cool! Nice breakfast. The place is very quiet and peaceful. We spent 5 nights here and we had a great time. Would come again!

lovely bungalow (big bed, AC working) without outdoor shower which adds to the charm. Staff is extremely kind, beach is idillic and there’s a 7/11 + Family Mart walking distance. Some very nice restaurants nearby (Kawin’s Kitchen is a must!). Perfect location if you want to stay away from the crowds but want to enjoy beautiful beaches. Booked all my taxis. I would definitely recommend this place.

During our 3 weeks stay in Thailand this was one of the most beautiful accomodations we experienced! Staff and owners were very attentive and friendly. The entire resort is very well maintained. We enjoyed the vicinity to one of the most beautiful beaches of Koh Samui. The atmosphere is particularely beautiful in the morning and afternoon, when day visitors left the beach. Breakfast is provided in their own restaurant which is located right at the beach. Food their is wonderful. We loved our stay at Promtsuk Buri and would always come back.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bungalow was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were lovely and the beach is fabulous. The restaurant opens all day until 9 pm. Very peaceful with families and couples, not for partying. I would recommend and definitely stay again if I am lucky enough to get the chance.

This has very little to do with the resort.....I was disappointed in the trash on the beach. I arrived at 1pm in the afternoon and the beach was packed with people sitting among the trash. I could not sit there like that, so I went and did something else. The next morning it was worse, but tourists and people from the resorts came out and started cleaning it while I was eating breakfast. I would have stayed and helped, but I had to leave for the airport. I was told by the guy at the restaurant that it is bad from October through December because of rainy season, wind and high seas. Regardless, Koh Samui has a huge garbage problem all over the island that needs to be addressed. I also saw trash on my day trip to the marine park and pig island. It made me sad to see paradise in that condition.

Loved the resort. Beautiful grounds. Loved my room near the beach with a nice view (#5). Breakfast included was a plus. Staff was very nice. No complaints.

The staff at this property are very happy to help and friendly whether that be receptionists or bar staff. Room service team cleaned the room excellently every day. They have direct access to the private beach area with a bar on the beach.

The outside shower often collects a lot of leaves, but maybe that is something the staff cannot do anything about.

Very nice location in front of the Silver Beach. Super calm and very friendly staff. Comfortable beds, and nice shower outside.
