this is the best place to enter and spend famous “pai-hole”! i literally changed my holiday plans so i could stay longer at this beauty! total design lovers heaven inside and out! best place for stunning sunrise and dinner under the stars! service is great and employees were just lovely! price felt very reasonable for what you get! felt like in (pai-)heaven!

There is only 1 sofa in the living or TV room. Not enough for group of 6.

Amazing and spacious hotel in a very quiet location. The villa is beautiful and modern. Our room was comfortable, large and very clean. We had a great time there with beautiful views of the mountains. I recommend this place.

The main let down is the shower/water system. No matter how long you spend trying to get the temperature right it’s either scolding or suddenly freezing. Which is a shame as the room and bathroom really are amazing but this unfortunately takes away from it. Small details I’d suggest need to be thought about: Providing hand towels, an extra toilet roll for when you run out, a little TLC for the rooms such as ceiling paintwork, straightening the shower unit, thoroughly clean windows. No iron on site… should always be an option if not one in the room, this is a small detail but important! Breakfast is odd.. Perfect for a one night stay but anything longer the ‘buffet’ is very basic and repetitive as is the breakfast menu you have to order from. But putting the above aside this hotel is worth a stay!

Staff need some basic service skills for food and bar service. Some customer service training would help. Needed breakfast order even before being seated. Seemed strange. Let customer sit down before handing menu. Dinner there is No option for glass of wine. Bottles only. No hard liquor service either. Only beer or full bottles of wine.

over priced but only because the rain showers didn't function as well as one would assume. The water couldn't stay warm for long. No ash trays on the room balconies, unless you're at the villa....the placement of the villas could've been better thought out...why would I want the whole hotel watching me hang out at the private pool of my villa...defeats the purpose of it being private. Also the coffee machine wasn't turned on by 11 am (at the cafe) and eggs Benedict came out cold, it was nice but very cold.

the view from the restaurant, it is fabulous. The staff were friendly and did their best to be accommodating. The view is the best thing about it.

The restaurant food was really low quality even the Thai food so basic , was quite shock since they grow right there , even the breakfast was bad ! Place dirty in many area from customer littering …

This is the best hotel I have been in a long while. Is not just views, is a peaceful atmosphere that made me feel that God must be somewhere around. Excellent blend of a brutalist style hotel in the middle of a blessed valley. Well worth to pay a bit more.

Absolutely incredible stay at Puri Pai villas. We were so grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade. We could not fault anything from the views, service, the room was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return. Offered a free pick up service from our hotel on the other side of Pai.

Considering this was one the more expensive hotels in Pai I found these few points disappointing. There was no telephone in the room. Which made communication with the hotel difficult. There was no hot water in the bathroom in the first night. I had to call the lobby with my mobile phone to get someone to fix the problem. Fixing the problem all together took more than half an hour. It was kind of late at night so that wasn’t so pleasant. Plus the bathroom and shower doors are made of clear transparent glass which doesn’t give a person any kind of privacy if they’re traveling with someone. And you only get one big towel per person. No face or hand towels.
