The guest wifi has to be reset every time you use your phone but they gave me the password they use that keeps you logged in.

It’s clean and comfortable, has a great pool and a gym. The aircon works well and is quiet. It’s well located for me. They put a birthday cake in my room fridge on the day of my birthday. Nice touch.

The hotel area is beautiful, every little detail is provided in the room. Delicious breakfasts, delicious food in the hotel restaurant, we also enjoyed having dinner there. The hotel is located in a side street, so silence is guaranteed. The sea is around the corner.

You have to climb into the bath to have a shower, this was dangerous and slippery especially when you and the bath are wet. A elderly person would really struggle getting in and out. Lighting in the bathroom could also be better.

Great pool, always sunbeds and towels. Good location, near everything but very quite location. Room large and well cleaned every day.

Great location in the town but very quiet and few minutes to beach ( ask staff for quick route ). Staff excellent and went out of their way to ensure everyone enjoyed the new year eve meal which was planned for outside but when it rained moved everyone inside very quickly with minimal disruption .

I was initially upset with the perfume they use in the room cleaner, which is far too strong a smell for me. My room smelled like a perfume shop on arrival. I wish they would reconsider their cleaning and disinfectant chemicals. The rest of the place is so nice I got passed the smell and had a great stay.

Lush and wonderful place! I had the most wonderful Thai massage from Aung at the spa and cannot recommend that enough- levels ahead of the other Thai massages I’ve had.

-overall things were great, but one suggestion is a bit better cleaning - more attention to dusting surfaces and cleaning the corners on the floor because dust was piling there. -the wardrobe had a bit of a mildew-y smell. -it would be nice to have chocolate spread alongside the jams in the breakfast section

- location is amazing for Patong, near everything central yet very quiet - room is nice and comfy with a good balcony - room is big with lots of shelves - free soft drinks daily in fridge - bathroom is nice with a lot of space for stuff - bed is big and comfortable - the garden is nice - breakfast was nice, plenty of options - staff was nice - great value for money - it looked like some parts of the hotel are renovated, so we'd like to visit the new rooms next time

The daytrip offers were more expensive than found on the tourist shops around (there are more bargaining oportunities there). The charge for the late check out was a bit much (more than 50% of the day cost for 5 hours) and if we wanted more than 5 hours they would charge us a whole day.

Very nice, clean and value for money hotel in Patong beach, in a quiet area inside the Patong beach havoc. 5 minutes walk to the beach and to Bangla road. We were offered a free upgrade from Deluxe room, to Deluxe Suite, and the room and balcony were huge. Very nice included breakfast with a lot of options and changes each day. The pool was nice, not something spectacular. The hotel offers towels for the pool and the beach. There were a lot of spa offers (massage etc), which were a bit more expensive than the parlours of the area.

The wifi was very slow in our room. There were lots of mosquitos in the hotel corridor, which used to infiltrate into our room when we opened the door. No hook in the bathroom near the washbasin to hang the face towel. The room lighting system was controlled from one console and was not very convenient.
