We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSmall style accomodation that looks like most areas near reception and pool are a jumble sale of builders materials left lying around stored up for what looks like years, slightly odd place would be being polite, a good tidy up and a skip or 5 would do the place a massive favour !!

United KingdomThe rooms were too small, dark and depressing, holes in the walls and ceiling, nothing in the room as advertised, bed uncomfortable, sheets itchy, towels had no drying factor, wardrobes and shower broken, tiny balcony, for a deluxe suite it was very poor, very step steps up to to bungalow which were dangerous with no safety measures to them. Steep climb to the bungalow’s which was not mentioned in the ad. Very very disappointed. Had to pay for extra room as rooms so small to fit 4 in which was what they said was for 4 adults.
I did not like anything about the property it did live up to what was advertised on booking.com website. I thought this should be a 2 star not 3. I am travelling round thailand and have stayed in much better for less. Very disappointed

The staff in particular were unbelievably unfriendly like I've never experienced in my life. No matter what question you asked, the staff were annoyed and always incredibly unfriendly. It smelled extremely bad everywhere. And these overpriced prices. No recommendation.

Furhermore… check on Pink Oyo at KohLanta. People are getting scammed and that is obvious via the recent reviews. Why WHY THE F…. don’t Booking.com react at such rwviews??? I just passed and a girl had paid for 22 nights! and now will just loose those money…. she was in pieces, not a rich girl from a rich country! I have aleays trusted Booking, what is happening to you? STOP letting custumers get cheated, STOP NOW everything with Pink Oyo at Koh Lanta. Now!

United KingdomNo top bed sheet. You had a duvet that really didn’t make sense considering the high temperature. You had a kettle and cups but no tea and coffee. You had to carry the bags up the hill and them up to the first floor… it was all functional in the room but rather old and in need of some serious refurbishment.
Affordable accommodation, however rather basic and in need of some tlc. Location was good. Loads of restaurants nearby and also a short walk to the nice beaches and touristic spots. Very close to the pier which was quite hand when getting the ferry ti go to phi phi. Not that handy when arriving from Ao Nang though!

We spent only 1 night in Railay Viewpoint Resort. We were satisfied with everything. They replied fast for my message one day before the booked date. The check-in was fast and we were very suprised when they said that our room is already ready. It was about 11 am. The pool was very good, amazing view, optimal temperature. The breakfast was delcious. Their restaurant is just a few meters far from the sea, the view was beautiful from there. They towel was the softest I have ever used in a hotel. We would choose this accomodation again.

NorwayReceptionist thinks that she is CEO of some huge corporation 😅 Very rude with clients. The rest of staff is getting her mood. To nearest beach 10 minutes to go. Properties are on the hill. Breakfast - nothing to choose. Conditioner is straight in your face. Hard and shaking bed (in general I love hard beds, but this is too much !)
