Rooms are excellent with kitchenette. Enjoyed having a bathtub and shower. Pillows and linens were excellent. Very nice staff.

Location is right across from the hospitals and in driving distance from a big mall. Our suite was a bit dated but comfortable with 2 BR. If you are there for a hospital stay, it's really convenient. They gave us a room by one of the doors at street level parking, which would be very convenient if we needed to go across the street to a hospital which was not the case. They probably assumed that's why we are there, but we just stopped in Springfield for 1 night on a car trip. No problem, but I would think these are the most used rooms due to proximity to the hospital.

There was NOTHING not to like!

Room was well equipped with everything we needed. The staff was super friendly, especially Lauren at the front desk! She's a gem! All of the staff greeted us with a smile and treated us like family, not strangers just passing through. Will definitely stay again in future travels west!

The bath had issues which staff had to deal with 4 times, and it still wasn’t acceptable to what I expect from Marriott. The bath drain didn’t plug so maintenance was called; then, it didn’t drain so maintenance fixed it again; the bath temp was set to warm not hot, so maintenance adjusted it; the shower head was awful, just spinning the water around wildly on one setting; another setting was a full mist that wet everything from the top of the stall down to middle but felt miserable once it finally landed on the body. maintenance staff apologized and said they couldn’t really fix that before end of our stay.

Love Marriott’s higher standards, which makes it feel closer to like my own home. This property has kind and attentive staff. It was so convenient entering and exiting the building, parking nearly right next to the door every time. It was so quiet inside; nearly soundproof rooms.

The bed was too soft for my liking and the internet server did not like my devices. It wasn’t my device as they worked fine once I stepped outside the building.

The staff was over the top helpful and they were all adhering to the pandemic guidelines. The room was very nice. Great location. Centrally located with a Walgreens right across the street.

Do not like the end of stay room cleaning policy of the hotel. With 3 kids and only a 2 nights stay we really needed a room cleaning during our stay

I woke up in the morning on day leaving to find carpet wet from a leak behind the bed somewhere and was musty in room setting off my asthma. When I reported to front desk the person didn’t seem too concerned and was just like “sorry about that. I see you prepaid so you’re all set and checked out”. He also did not look at me when talking and didn’t seem very apologetic like this may have happened in the room before.

Location is away from the main areas of all the hotels around Bass Pro and is quieter. Clean hotel and good breakfast. I’ve stayed at this facility 8 times coming down to visit family.

The front desk staff, both at check in and check out were unfriendly. At check in there was difficulty finding my reservation and the gentleman was rude and unwilling to search without my continued insistence that I had a reservation and even turned the screen in my face and said I don't have a reservation. Upon check out the lady was not pleasant when I needed to switch cards for payment . I was just overall not happy with the rude customer service received.

it seemed dirty. the carpets were dirty we had babies and they were crawling around and their hands and legs and feet were filthy
