There was a bit of miscommunication about the transfer, the stuff could have told us in advance that we have to pay to the hotel, but it’s not a big a deal, everything else was great!

The rooftop pool and bar (with happy hour) was great and had a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location was close to lots of shops and places to eat, and not too far to the beach either. The room was really nice with all the amenities we needed and a balcony with a great view.

A lot of varieties for breakfast, delicious food. Very good bed, big room, nice balcony. Kind staff. Cleaning every day. Beautiful rooftop pool with bar. Just 15 min walking from the main Patong area and 15 min drive from Paradise and Freedom beach.

This hotel is fantastic! We stayed there twice on our vacation and it did not disappoint either time. The roof top pool is fantastic and gives you an amazing view of the sunset. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. And the staff are so friendly and would do anything for you. Would highly recommend this hotel. The location was good for us as we didn't want to be on top of Bangla Road and it was around a 10 minute walk. There was a great restaurant next door as well where the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Very clean and neat room and hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good location, 10-15 mins from the center (on foot). The view from the rooftop and the pool is a big plus 🙂

The only one thing I didn't like at all was the location, it's not at the beachfront, but it's ok. The most dissapointing thing is the road which leads to the center and the beach, there are no sidewalks at all, no crossroads and no traffic lights (I know that it's normal for Thailand), but in this place, the traffic is very busy, and you need to walk along the road with cars and scooters, so it seems really dangerous and uncomfortable sometimes. But if you have a scooter and you will travel by it all the time, then the location is good for you.

The hotel is really good overall. The room is quite spacious, they provide you with everything needed (beach towels and a beach bag, slippers, a bathrobe, and toiletries). We had a balcony in the room, there were only 2 chairs, so maybe I would add a small table there, but it's not necessary. The staff was always nice and helpful, breakfasts were also good.

A 9/10 instead of 10/10 because we found there was not much flexibility in the hotel. We stayed 2 nights: the 1st morning we overslept and missed the breakfast by 10 minutes and couldn't eat anything anymore. The 2nd morning we had to leave at 5:00 AM to the airport and it was not possible to eat breakfast this early nor was it possible to get a breakfast package. We were offered to order something for 350THB (±€10) per person and this would be at the reception by morning, which we thought was unfair since we had breakfast included in our stay. They also have shuttle services but do bear in mind that they are expensive (even compared to the Grab app).

Slightly overpriced in my opinion. Also not knowing about having to pay a damage deposit until I checked in wasn’t great either. It would have been great to be notified about that in advance!

Lovely interior design/very modern. Staff were friendly and hotel is in a good location not far from the centre of town but far enough to not hear all the noise!

Breakfast is not included in the room rate.

The bedroom was very modern, clean and comfortable. The shower was really good. Towels are provided, as well as towels for the swimming pool. The sunset from the rooftop pool is beautiful. The swimming pools heats up throughout the day so is a nice comfortable temperature. The hotel is in a good location. Can easily walk to nearby restaurants, shopping centre and to the beach. It is up a slight hill though.
