Hot water was too hot, and the temperature was temperamental. My shower oscillated between pleasant and boiling.

The family that runs this hotel is really nice. The room is big enough to be comfortable for more than a short stay. Everything was clean. Location is central to the main road in Khao Lak, although a bit further to get to some of the beaches. This is a place to stay if you want a peaceful place to recharge on your Thailand travels.

We left our clothes for laundry at the reception. the clothes were not in any better condition after washing. they looked as if someone had thrown them into water, rinsed them and then wrapped them in a bag after drying. we paid 480 baht for the whole thing.

On the 4th floor the internet was a bit sketchy.

Nice big room with blackout curtains. Really quiet. 2 bottles of water/day. Really friendly staff. Good location, a lot of restaurants, ATM, fruit stands around. The beach is at 15 min walk.

Got upgraded to a corner room that had great views. Breafast was basic but tasty. Could rent scooter very easily from reception. Private taxi arranged to airport at a fair price.

Beware there is no elevator and there are 4 floors

This was a last minute booking as the previous hotel I booked lost my reservation. This was a very practical location, clean and quiet room for a one night stay after getting off a liveaboard. Short walk from restaurants, 7Eleven, dive shops, etc. Friendly and efficient staff, fast internet, great AC, comfy bed.

There are a few caveats though. There is no elevator in the property. So you need to climb up the stair to go to the rooms on the upper floors which may be challenging to some. Also, there is no restaurant in the property for breakfast of other meal. No swimminbg pool.

Cleanliness, simplicity and a feelong of cozyness were the most appealing aspects of this property. No bells and whistles of the so called star rated properties - just the facilities needed for a typical tourist family. It appeared that the property is operated by a family and their staff who are quite helpful. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean. Internet connectivity was good. The location was great. Almost everything a typical family tourist group may want is available nearby - plenty of good restaurants, street foods, shopping areas, tour operators, massage parlours, currency exchange booths, all are available. And the good thing is that the ambience is still quite laid-back and calm.

Everything is better than I expected! Staff was really nice, they would love to help you with everything. I was stay there alone and feel super safe :) Macdonald and 7-11 just opposite the hotel. Strong Wifi. Worth the money

The shower wasn’t hot half of the time, but Thailand’s hot weather makes it tolerable.

Rooms were clean and staff were nice. The place is quiet and conveniently located. 7-elevens, restaurants and shops nearby. the beach is about 15mins walk away. Great value.

Nothing to complain about here. I would not recommend you to buy some fruits at the entrance of this hotel, because the seller cheated on pricing of their fruits.
