There's no escaping the ridiculously inflated prices of the rooms. This was our most expensive accommodation in Thailand despite staying in some beautiful places elsewhere! I'd say this is the nature of the beast with Full Moon becoming what it has. That said, we had a great time and it was worth every penny!

We stayed here for 2 nights for the full moon party. The location is amazing! A short walk from all the action but far enough to not be kept awake by noise. The rooms are basic but adequate. There is also an infinity pool which is small but nice to dip into during the day! It also provided a great opportunity to meet other people. Staff were really kind and helpful! The food looked good and drinks were reasonably priced! We also brought a couple of buckets from here before heading out because the alcohol was genuine. (I'm not 18 anymore and willing to risk it all with the cheap homemade buckets being sold as genuine lol) If travelling from Koh Samui, try and depart from the Haad Rin Queen Ferry Pier because the drop-off pier is right next to this resort and will save you the taxi fare.

The beach isn't that nice, and the pool could be nicer (compared to other comparable hotels I stayed in the area), yet it was a good stay for a short period of time.

Great location directly at the beach. They also have a small pool at the beach with a nice view for sunset. The whole location was clean and relatively new, which was nice. The family running the place are very friendly and helpful! Also the breakfast is very good and delicious.

Location is amazing, you have a little private beach right in front of the resort and the stuff is brilliant. It's a family run business, the people are lovely and welcoming. They also serve very cheap and good quality food. We loved our stay there !!!

The staff is super friendly. The rooms are very clean and I was very lucky since I had pool and ocean view. I could hear the ocean sounds while laying in bed which was super nice. Also, the beach is much nicer than I expected it to be. Therefore, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The prices are very high due to fullmoon party. The light‘s in the room are not broght enough.

The location is perfect for fullmoon party. It‘s just a 5min walk to haad rin beach. The pier is right arround the corner. It has a little private pool, and also a private acces to the beach.

The shower wasn't great no power at all (minor complaint). Would definitely return here.

The room was perfect clean and comfortable beds. The balcony was also huge which was great for hanging clothes to dry. The staff were so lovely and the breakfast was amazing in the place. It was close to everything such as food, beaches , laundry and even to rent a moped was simple. If your going full moon party perfect location here as you can walk to the beach within 5 mins.

The people who stayed next to us were yelling and screaming till 2 am it was rough trying to get a good night sleep.

I injured myself on the first of four days there, the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Helping me with itinerary and just being helpful in general. The food was also very good as well.

The air conditioning didn't work in our room on our arrival, but we got a fan for the beginning and they came to fix the air con while we were out so it was great.

The location and facilities were great. The staff was very helpful and flexible. The views were great and the pool was a nice plus.

owner/people working there are not smiling dont even greet you upon arrival. very expensive outdated bathroom door makes a lot of sound kind of breakfast área but súper uncomfortable curtains are no curtains let all the light through, can not be closed additional neighbours can just look into your room no vibe at all, when you just walk 50 - 100m over the beach left right so much nicer places. Simply said once it might have been nice place. but now the owners think well people come for the full moon party. we ask a lot of money and don't do anything about the very outdated room.

The frontage to Beach and the beach itself was somewhat disappointing. There were only 5 TV channels but none were English speaking.

All the staff at this Resort are very good and the food was all freshly cooked and good value for money. We also used their car (and driver) as our taxi on 3 occasions. The bedroom was also excellent and very comfortable. The hotel is within very easy walking distance of the Main Street in Haad Rin and less than 6/7 minute walk from HR’s “Walking Street” and the one end of the beautiful beach there.
