The room should had been cleaner . The bathroom had hair everywhere.

Perfect 4star hotel in perfect location. This was our 3rd stay there. They have improved since our last stay. *Staff always have been superb 👌 *good breakfast (by the way till August they are renovating breakfast restaurant)- everyone will find something to eat. *New swimming pool with nice atmosphere. * rooms cleaned every day * location close to everything- 10mins walk to beach, massage places,restaurants,bangala road, laundry place,7-11 etc less than 5mins walk, banzan night market maybe 12mins walk

The location. If you didn't know the hotel is located on the "gay" side of Patong. It doesn't affect us or anything but we didn't know about it and I think some people will appreciate knowing about this before booking the hotel hahaha

but the cooling at the lobby and the bar area was pathetic, had informed the front desk to look into to have this corrected, looked like the air conditioners were not performing as expected??

Overall the property was good, but lack of vegetarian options in the breakfast menu caused a bit of discomfort for myself

In Room Dining Timing should be changed to 24hrs and More options needs to be added to this menu card. Morning Breakfast Buffet. It was very sad to see that the options was not catered to an international crowd. The menu options can be improved a lot. There was no option at all for any vegetarian guests. The lady at Travel Desk Concierge opposite the main reception desk will only make the booking. We faced lots of issues during the tour due to the lack of co-ordination and communication gap that the lady did not organize well with freelancers she arranged the tour with.

Location: Just great, Walking distance to shops, parlours, beach, bangla road, etc. Room: Size was just right. Comfortable bed and air con was good as well. Dinning: In room menu was ok. Could be improved. Better to check all tour operators around the hotel and compare to the one provided by the hotel travel concierge lady.

Loud music from the few bars across the street till early hours of the morning. No issue with the vibe and music, however, most mornings it went on till about 4am.

Close to all the main attractions in Patong. Pool area was great & the breakfast offering each morning was top class!

The hotel is surrounded by music clubs wich by night they put the tables in the streets and also the subwoofers. The music it that loud that you cant sleep until 4 am. In the morning, next by the hotel it's a school with a football square and the theachers talks to the microphone and you can hear then from the room. Too bad for this inconvenience, I won't recomend his hotel to my friends.

The hotel is good, but.... We stayed in the Paradise Wing at the 9th floor and we had a nice side view upon the see. The room was nice and the hotel is nice looking. Distance to the see is about 10-12 minutes walking, and is it better to walk than to take the free shuttle that they offer to you because it is traffic and the buss makes a detour as the streets are one way only. Now read what I did not like.

Bed and pillows were terrible

All the staff were great. Our housekeeper was such a beautiful lady. The pool was good, enough lounges although the water was like hot soup by the afternoon.

While the pool area is lovely if hotel at capacity would be too small. Beds are hard Maintenance work meant shower water was brown for one night. It did clear.

The beds were quite hard. We had 3 rooms and all of them were the same. We stayed for 3 nights, but if the beds were softer and more comfortable I would def. consider returning and staying for longer. Other guests we met were saying the same so I know its not just our personal preference. Some of the rooms could do with updating as quite dated. Strange smell in reception....

Fantastic staff. Special shout out to Chard who served us by the pool each day. Such wonderful service. Pool area was beautiful. Lots of bed choices. Hotel in fantastic location and easy to walk to Bangla Road, Patong Stadium and Beach too, and there is also a shuttle running every hour to the beach between 9am and 4pm.
