We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe stay itself was great. It was only when I checked out that I became annoyed. The woman at the front desk constantly stopped attending to me to answer the phone. It was very disrespectful and not appreciated.
The grounds were immaculately kept. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well lit and updated. The location on the river was stunning and the pool was terrific. I would definitely stay here again.

The grounds were quite slippery and I almost fell over a few times bc of the rain. They also gave my wife and me twin beds when we booked a king bed. Apart from that, no complaints. They also found my phone when I lost it!

AustraliaThe room is outdated, and the air conditioning is old and didn't work well with the heat outside. We informed the hotel, and they tried to fix it, so on the second night, we felt more comfortable. So I feel like it overprice for what I paid.
The food was amazing, and the spa inside the hotel was excellent. I got a massage twice in two days. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very attentive.

United KingdomThe service is very disappointing. The staff really don’t seem to care if you are enjoying your stay or not. The restaurant food is overpriced and poor quality. Our food arrived cold and when we questioned it the waitress didn’t believe us and checked how hot the plate was. Eventually she agreed to replace it but they only replaced part of the meal so the rest still came back cold. Breakfast is limited (eg no iced coffee, no salmon, horrible pastries, artificial yoghurt) The pool is big but isn’t very clean (algae on the steps) The hotel needs renovating. The rooms are very dated and the wifi is basically unusable. TV in the room is basic (only Thai channels) Very bad value for money. If you don’t have a car/scooter you will be too far from the town. Overall wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.
The pool is very big (good for lengths). Nice views of the river.

ThailandWe expected a queen bed but ended up getting two large singles that couldn’t be put together, and the beds were VERY firm. The other thing I didn’t like was the car parking was some distance from our room meaning we had a bit of a struggle with our luggage.
The grounds are immaculate and attract many birds. The pool was great. The dinner music very enjoyable. The variety at breakfast was better than I expected. The staff were all so friendly and willing to help. The location on the river was very pleasant and generally it was extremely quiet and relaxing.

United Kingdomthe hotel staff didn’t give much information about the area or what to do around the area, No Gym , the bar was not open during the day. The location of the hotel is very far to everything. should have pick up shuttle bus back to the hotel.
Hotel was nice next to the river, the greenery makes us feels very in touch with nature. shuttle bus twice a day. the live music at dinner time.
