We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWe had big problems with the wifi net, to bad since we needed to work. The breakfast was a bit boring after a while, no variation. We also only received one key to the room, that is not ok.
The hotel had comfortable beds and the location was very quitet and the staff was also very frlendly and helpful, The beach beutiful and suitable for long walks.

DenmarkBreakfast is okay, but take notice that they serve almost the same every day. Pool opening hours are from 8am - 6pm, would have liked to have the opportunity to jump in a bit earlier in the morning and later in the evening, but that's just me.
A nice (and quite large) hotel. The pool is good and there's always a sunbed available, so no worries about laying out towels to block sunbeds. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There are not too far to Lamai center, but it's about 30 min walk. However, a handful of nice restaurants nearby the hotel.

AustraliaThe aircon worked but was noisy and the bathroom needs updating. There are only 8 lounges on the sand and if you’re not in early they get reserved.
Rummana is in a great spot, close to the end of Lamai beach, where the water is clear. It was nice and quiet in April and the villas are big and fairly comfortable. Staff were good as was the breakfast for a small resort.

Beach was fine - right there but more comfortable by the pool with nice chairs, head pillows and umbrellas. Pool was very clean but water did get pretty warm by afternoon. Breakfast was amazing. Great Variety and quality

The traditional style accommodation set in lush well maintained tropical gardens which had little stream/ponds throughout filled with different types of fish which was very calming. Good value for accommodation and on site food & drink ...... we had lunch most days and were never disappointed with the quality and flavours. The location was exactly what we like ....... peaceful with some small local restaurants/bars within easy walking distance but also easy to get to central Lamai and other destinations on the island, just grab a Songathew (tuk tuk van) and enjoy the fun trip.

New ZealandToilet had quite a bad smell to it that never subsided. Bed is rock hard! And the pillows are bulky. Air conditioner was quite loud as well.
Located on a great beach, close to lots of restaurants, bars and night markets. The jungle setting around the rooms was nice, with cool birds, fish, frogs and cats hanging around. The staff were lovely and polite. Fresh towels, water and bed made every day. Food and drink prices were very reasonable and rather tasty.
