I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 12 years. Consequently I always compare it to how it used to be before it was considerably reduced in size. In the past it had a very good Breakfast / Restaurant and In Room food choices. Now these are not as good but the basic facilities, eg. the bedrooms, the excellent Swimming Pool, the excellent Staff remain to be very good.

Very poor breakfast (compared to how it was some years ago).

Comfortable Bed and quiet nights sleep. Good “in house Room facilities” with some English speaking TV channels. The hotel pool is excellent.

The Wi-Fi signal inside the room is not stable, this should be improved.

The pool is very nice and big enough for a real swim. The area around the pool is very spacious, deck chairs are always available. Very nice for relaxing. The spacious rooms. Housekeeping did a very nice job, after some time at the pool, the room was always made up.

The swimming pool are a bit dirty.

The staf are very polite and available for the customers. The position it’s nice, in 20 minutes you are in a center of the best streets. Rooms are clean.

Not very clean especially the stairs going to the different levels - they needed a good sweep. Worst was the air conditioning - it was absolutely freezing! We had to wear extra clothing in bed. You cannot control the temperature from inside the room only turn on and off. We mentioned this several times and were promised that it would be fixed but it never was. We also had to request soap and toilet paper, they are not automatically replaced.

The location was great and the two pools were such a bonus for the price.

NO wifi in the bedroom for most of the time I was there (come on it's 2024 people) - I had to go and sit in the reception area for some very poor coverage ! Rooms 216- 224 face the back of a neighboring kitchen so there was noise until 11:30 pm most days.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds, an all important fridge and en site facilities.There was also a large clean swimming pool. Friendly and efficient staff at reception. There were bar snacks available but I didn't try them.

A little faded now, but still OK. Location OK, but a long walk of 4 km to Walking street, but many many bars and restaurants along the way.

Clean and comfortable. Choice of pleasant swimming pools. This hotel provided a good standard of accommodation for the price, though it is a little past its best. Comfortable beds, big screen TV with many foreign channels. Good shower. Short walk to the beach

As always it’s the location… beach rd 2 minutes away, Starbucks up road 2 minutes away and terminal 21 shopping centre is 5 minutes walk.

Room window opened to a common hall/ walkway, so if you left the curtains open the other occupants looked in.

You can’t stay at courtyard around the pool after sunset because of mosquitoes. Not enough light in the room at the 1st floor on the left side.

On arrival, reception told me I have not paid the rental for the hotel. He said sorry for the mistake. One hour later. On my departure, reception said I have not paid the rental, and said sorry for the mistake after some time. Very annoying and stressful.
