Nothing else to offer except for the view. Relatively expensive just for a nice view essentially. No lift only stairs. Very rustic and old feeling for the price you are paying. Nothing to do in the area during the day/night.

Amazing views from the tooftop bar. You also get a nice view during breakfast.

Very minor, but no lift, only stairs but staff carried suitcases.

Air conditioning so loud, even at low fan setting, cannot sleep unless off No lift Black stair steps no edge marking - I know cool design, but not so cool when falling down the spiral stair after a couple of martinis in the Roof Bar Shower only a trickle Biggest problem: lighting. So dark in the room you have to use your iPhone to make a cup of tea

No lift. Black stairs and walls in fairly subdued lighting are unnecessarily risky. Depressing entrance environment. Toilet too small. Corridor outside room is narrow and lacks decor and style.

Willing and helpful staff. Wonderful room view. Great view of river from.rooftop bar/restaurant. Breakfast stylish and delicious. Dinner excellent (though dinner and bar service finishes rather early in the evening).

    - we had two rooms booked the second had very limited floor space for our luggages - could do with a long mirror in the room - more lighting in the room - the hooks in the shower were inside the shower, would have been more practical outside the shower door to keep clothes dry - rooftop currently under maintenance - hotel slippers are washed and reused (this seems to be the case in majority of the hotels in Thailand which I find so bizzare)

    - location to tourist attractions - location to boats to get to wat Arun - amazing views of Wat Arun from the hotel - herbal drinks from house keeping everyday - friendly and helpful staff - clean hotel - comfy bed and pillows, a very large bed - close to a lot of restaurants and cafes which are very well priced

We were OK with the stairs (taking them slowly), but people need to be aware that the best views are from higher floors and there is no lift (and the stairs don't have full air con). It is not cheap by Bangkok standards, but you would never get a location like this at this price in Europe or America.

The location is excellent - views of Wat Arun, right next to Wat Po, easy access to river ferries, walkable to flower markets. Rooftop bar has excellent views all round. Good food in restaurant. Good service generally. My best hotel stay in Bangkok and a great way to introduce my daughter to this great city and culture.

    I loved everything.

This hotel has the perfect location to main attractions in Bangkok. Besides that, the room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Staff is amazing, they are very friendly and kind. They accommodated us earlier that the normal check-in and I loved how they always brought us a special Thai tea. Breakfast is luxurious and the view to the Wat Arun makes everything even more special.

    * Do note that they dont have elevator and to get to the room you will need to take the stairs. To bring up your luggage, there will be staff who can help to carry it up & down ◡̈

    * Location. very near to Wat Pho and the ferry to Wat Arun * The view of the Wat Arun is very pretty * Love the Thai Beal Fruit Drink * alot of restaurants & cafe around the area and 7 eleven is just a short walk away albeit, being a tad small * if you take grab car or taxi, they will drop you at the main road and you will have to walk about 1 min to the hotel. however, the road is smooth so it is super easy to wheel your luggage

Rooftop bar gets very crowded in the evening- would be nice to secure tables for guests from the hotel and give them priority. You need to take a Tuk Tuk to go outside in evening as everything closes in the evening so little choice left in terms of restaurants and bars. The smell right outside the hotel.

Stylish hotel has everything you need in the room, fabulous view from the rooftop bar and ideal location to take boat trips on the river. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful.

On a personal note, i prefer a room with a bathtub. So if i return (which is a possibility), i would have to book the suite. Rooftop bar staff can be a bit 'hit or miss' with their attention to people wanting drinks but i eventually got served.

My first time staying this far up river. I usually stay in a hotel down around the ICON SIAM area. However, the view of the Chao Praya river and Wat Arun were fantastic and a delight to wake up to in the mornings. There was no noise from the passing boats despite the close proximity of the river. The room was functional and comfortable and of a good size. For the most part the staff were friendly and interactive. Choice of breakfast was good. The location is also perfect for anybody who is wanting to do the 'touristy thing' and visit the significant number of 'Wats' and Palaces in the area. The rooftop bar is a must visit especially at sunset but be warned its very, VERY popular and a bit pricey but worth it, just once, for the view. (I was drinking Gentleman Jack - not sure how much the beer was) ;-)

The bed was on a raised platform which proved a trip hazard as impossible to see as the whole floor is painted black (as are the hotel stairs). The hotel entrance is at the rear of a busy and cluttered alleyway. .
