Loud music late into the night/morning, no fault of the hotel.

The place itself was great, good location until late at night when the clubs play very very loud music. I would advise younger people to staying at this location if you love the nightlife. Staff were very helpful.

Nothing really. Probably just the free thin tissue rolls and noises outside and the bustling road scene. They should have more variety of options for breakfast. If only they have shuttle service from airport or common stops it would be perfect (The owner was very nice to offer us a ride but it was so traffic during Thai New year, the roads were congested and it was not possible.)

We liked that it was close to the beach and tour agencies so you can arrange your trip smoothly and the staff knows where to refer. Clean room and it has a nice and wide balcony and convenient location.

- Perfect location - about 30 second walk from Ao Nang beach and a long tail boat company so perfect for organising trips. - Friendly, welcoming staff always seeing if we needed anything. - Beach towels available each day to take with you. - bathroom and bedroom bin emptied each day and bed made - big, spacious room with wardrobe, tv and mini fridge (we were also given bottled water each day). We read lots of reviews about the noise so we’re a bit worried about this but it really wasn’t that bad. It was a little noisy but you are in a location on a busy street. Noise got quieter after 11pm most days but with ear plugs you’ll be fine - not worth being put off the property for.

Too much from the bars across the street. We left one night earlier. The staff understood that we cannot stay with a child so refunded us a 50% of the stay.

I absolutely do not recommend this place if you’re planning to sleep early. There are THREE different clubs/bars/karaoke across the road, all playing their music until 1-3AM (the end time varied over the week of our stay). If you’re there to party and do plan to hang out until very late and sleep in, this won’t be a problem. The area is very quiet in the morning.

Big room, beds were comfy, receptionist was kind and helpful. Our room had new AC which worked really well, while my co-travellers room had an old one, which smelled a bit moldy. Location is convenient for the beach and partying.

Great location on the main road opposite the beach and the longboats' cooperation. Next to restaurants, shops and 3' walk to the night market. Helpful staff. Room clean. Great value for money.

for a light sleeper it’s a little noisy with outside street at night and staff cleaning in the morning. this is a minor, but the bathroom door was so stiff you had really yank it open/ closed. not great if someone is sleeping in the room with you!

they didn't provide separate hand soap, every time I wanted to wash my hands I had to step into the shower to use the dispenser in the shower.

Not a big problem, but there is no elevator. It is a lovely area. I will say that there is a night club down the street and you could hear the bass until 3am. That's not the hotel's fault though! Wifi was very spotty. Sometimes didn't work for hours.

In a good location on the Krabi strip. We booked the large terrace room and it was perfect for people watching. Good value. Massages downstairs were wonderful. Clean, some furniture was old, but it is a 2 star hotel as advertised. Again, location was great and we loved the terrace.
