Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe man who checked us in shouted loudly when we asked questions like we were stupid - don’t recommend him as a check in staff member. I actually wanted to tell him to talk softer as he was embarrassing us. Not a good welcome entry into the beautiful and elegant hotel.
Old school elegance at its finest. Beautiful pool area with wonderful staff. The bedrooms are very luxurious and comfortable with everything you could want. The door staff are happy and friendly and very welcoming.

PolandAmazing breakfast (if you can - get a Luxury option to get access to wider selection of restaurants), very convenient location (it's literally right on Sukhumvit) Rooms are clean, cosy, well equipped and super quiet, so even though you're right in the city center - you will get your goodnight's sleep. The breakfast was superb in the main restaurant and the exclusive dining in level 1. The resort style swimming pool in Bangkok concrete jungle is unmatched. What a cool dip in Bangkok. We enjoyed the pool each afternoon after our shopping & walking in Bangkok. The room is nice and spacious, well thought features and layout. Location of hotel is at BTS Asok / Sukhumvit MRT. Linkway to the hotel, and shopping malls, convenience at best as linkway avoid the jam packed roads and traffic. Last but not the least, all the staff from the time we reach the lobby , to check in, and room cleaning , and restaurants , and swimming pool team were warm and helpful and courteous.
