We loved everything.

We loved everything in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was included. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, big, with a nice terrace and views. The building itself was very beautiful inside and outside, with colonial vibes. Amazing hotel!

Very helpful hosts ... incredibly clean large room with a huge bed... great location for old town... best thing though was the breakfast with different options like prawn wanton, crab curry, mango sticky rice with some western options , toast egg fruit etc

Absolutely nothing.

Everything from the hospitality of the entire Shunli team, the cleanliness, we were amazed at how tidy the entire place was with the entire building being white. Small comfy room with a balcony, safe box, shower area, laundry bag, TV, mirror, hair dryer and the breakfast was also complimentary. I cannot ask for more for this price (and I don't need anything more). The staffs do not speak English fluently (like most of the Thai people) But the effort they put to foresee all the questions from the guests and have photos of everything in their iPad, and makes use of those photos to explain to us. Remarkable people!.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely family run hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, very quiet - in a very central location in Old Phuket Town. Our host, Mon, was a delight - very helpful, going out of her way to make us comfortable and assist us to catch a Bolt ride to our next destination. The hotel is very tastefully decorated. A wide range of delights offered at the breakfast buffet in the lovely courtyard, including mango and sticky rice, and different Thai favourites offered each day - Tom yum, coconut chicken soup, egg fried rice, vege and octopus, larb, eggs, as well as other fruits, cakes, mini croissants, toast, coffee, tea.. Very impressive. We will definitely stay here if we return to Phuket Town.

We were only here for one night but the couple who run this hotel were absolutely wonderful - thank you for the gorgeous honeymoon decoration in our room! The hotel is in a great location and lots of good restaurants and bars around although it was still very quiet at night. The breakfast they served in the morning was fantastic and so many delicious options - thank you for the mango sticky rice! Would highly recommend if staying in Old Town and such a good price for the quality of the hotel.
