This hotel was super organized with an app to book various things, room service, golf cart rides, spa treatments, etc. The private pool was perfect (King Studio Villa with Private Pool)! The breakfast options were incredible and varied enough--even for a vegan! The entire staff was lovely. Sun and Sek in particular made our golf cart rides memorable and fun! We will definitely return! Gorgeous place and wonderful people! Oh, and the quality, portable, Bluetooth speaker in the room was a really nice touch!

Such a perfect 6 night stay. I honestly do not blame them for selling their pillows in the restaurant. They were unbelievably comfortable! The staff were so kind and attentive. The buggy service is brilliant as the hill is incredibly steep, and in a heat wave during April, it was certainly welcomed. The maid service was fabulous, so hats off to them. All my make up and toiletries were perfectly organised and pyjamas folded each day for us. Just extra touches that made such a difference to our stay. The hat and bag left in the room is also useful for beach trips and the hat for the pool. Just the overall staff were so friendly and accommodating during our stay. If you are looking for a relaxing stay for a few nights in Phuket, then I would certainly suggest Sinae.

The power in the room turns off when you leave so the AC doesn't keep the room cool for when you return and anything left to charge (phone, laptop, smart watch, etc) will not charge.

Spa prices quite high, but it just meant we didn't use it more than the once.

Having a private pool was better than expected, and it was reasonably private. Sinae seemed very sustainably friendly which was great to see and there were added extras we weren't expecting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I wished the Starbucks area was opened. I understand it was under renovations. It’s secluded in my option so not a lot of shopping options in walking distance available.

Breakfast was amazing. So many variety of delicious food options and the menu changed each day. Restaurant manager introduced himself and offered more champagne. The hospitality and view of the ocean from our seats were wonderful.

A gem of a hotel in Phuket. Away from the noise and popular tourist areas. The hotel has a very "cosy" feel to it, the stay feels personal and the staff are attentative and welcoming.

A bit pricy. Everything is so far from the hotel so taxi's become costly. Very hilly and will need buggy pick up to go to spa and other facilities on site.

I loved the room with the private infinity pool. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the spa.

1- That the air conditioning turns off if the sliding door is open. Why seriously?! 🤣 2- The pool lights shut automatically at 11 pm.

Gym was smaller than expected but it does not take away from how amazing the hotel is.

The room was very nice and clean. The sea views from our room were beautiful and we were greeted by the sunrise every morning. Breakfast in the restaurant was of a very good standard and dinner was equally as nice. Hotel staff are so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand so far. Hotel staff accommodated my request to have the bed decorated so I could propose to my now fiancé.

The rain shower made me want to stay in there forever….i didn’t want to leave it. Cos that’s how good it was lol

staff were so friendly & helpful every single time even when we ordered Grab food they brought it up to us without us asking wow….free buggy rides, room service was quick, housekeeping always did an amazing job, the pool & room was soooo beautiful, they gave us a nintendo switch to play with which was so fun, they also provided us with a speaker which we loved to play music. They have an app where u can communicate with the hotel & order a buggy, etc. Everything was perfect!! Highly recommend staying here!! It was definitely a luxury 5 star resort <3
