Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This hotel was super organized with an app to book various things, room service, golf cart rides, spa treatments, etc. The private pool was perfect (King Studio Villa with Private Pool)! The breakfast options were incredible and varied enough--even for a vegan! The entire staff was lovely. Sun and Sek in particular made our golf cart rides memorable and fun! We will definitely return! Gorgeous place and wonderful people! Oh, and the quality, portable, Bluetooth speaker in the room was a really nice touch!

Such a perfect 6 night stay. I honestly do not blame them for selling their pillows in the restaurant. They were unbelievably comfortable! The staff were so kind and attentive. The buggy service is brilliant as the hill is incredibly steep, and in a heat wave during April, it was certainly welcomed. The maid service was fabulous, so hats off to them. All my make up and toiletries were perfectly organised and pyjamas folded each day for us. Just extra touches that made such a difference to our stay. The hat and bag left in the room is also useful for beach trips and the hat for the pool. Just the overall staff were so friendly and accommodating during our stay. If you are looking for a relaxing stay for a few nights in Phuket, then I would certainly suggest Sinae.

Having a private pool was better than expected, and it was reasonably private. Sinae seemed very sustainably friendly which was great to see and there were added extras we weren't expecting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing. So many variety of delicious food options and the menu changed each day. Restaurant manager introduced himself and offered more champagne. The hospitality and view of the ocean from our seats were wonderful.
