The design of the steps that give access to the room is not the best. In my opinion, they are a bit too high and they should be without the pebbles.

The location is excellent, far away from overcrowded tourist places. Having a beach for yourself it's a luxury. All the staff, from the Front office to the restaurant and bar is kind, attentive, and professional. Communication/Information is 5 stars!! The quality of the food is amazing, everything we ate was tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The room is very spacious with good decor and lots of light, the bed comfortable providing you with a good night's sleep The bathroom is big with a great design. The swimming pool is great !!! The park with the reindeer is amazing and nice to visit. I would just suggest having blackout curtains in the room so you can have total darkness in the early hours of the day.

Couple of complaints regarding the restaurant in other reviews... Yes, it is more expensive (1/3 more) but this is kind of normal for a resort which additionally is far away from next restaurant. Quality wise it was totally okay. But here we come to the negative. You need to be flexible in transportation. Yes, you can rent 300baht/day a scooter or book transport 500baht/2ways. If both options do not fit (as in our case), you have not many other options. There is a bar 300m along the beach which is very nice but also here you can have only 1-2 times dinner. But always great cocktails/beer/shakes. Only one thing which is not worth this nice place is the gym👎. Maybe we were not the normal guests but this needs to be fixed. All machines in bad shape and the few weights are not worth the word weight... Air con is not available and the fans are more or less broken.

We had a perfect Pool villa with view to the sea. Everything was in good condition. Each day fresh water and refilled free of charge Minibar. Overall the whole resort is in nice shape und amazing looking. The staff was great, very helpful and always polite. Also during our stay there we're max 20 other guests which makes it even more comfortable and relaxing.

Absolute gem ! That saying 'Old is Gold' fits this place perfectly. Old luxury accommodations might show some signs of ageing here and there but quality of build, space (no chance you get this much space with new buildings), style and character overall outweighs it enormously. Really loved it. Remote and peacfull location yet only few 6 km from nearby town. Everyone, staff and managers were very nice, kind and knew what they were doing. They arranged early checkout even that was out of their working hours! Couldn't ask for more ! Thanks so much guys, will definitely come back

Absolute perfection if you are looking for a place to unwind and just relax. Beautiful resort - small and relaxing with nice accommodation. Not all of the rooms have been fully renovated yet, but those that have are very well appointed. The value for money is great- right on a quiet strip of beach with gorgeous views. Restaurant does good food and just started a very good little bakery. The highlight were the staff - service was impeccable and we felt completely welcome and looked after. We live in Thailand and this was one of the best experiences for us anywhere in the country. I would definitely go back.

We liked everything!

The whole place is wonderful. Location directly at the beach. Very clean everywhere - beach and all hotel. It is quite and perfect to relax. The house is very nice and large. We definitely come again.

Accomodation spacious, enormous bathroom, good bed, but overall dated. Great outdoor shower but needed to clean out leaves first as clearly not used in long time.

Property with only 20 units, it is great with limited number of client. Each unit has big private surrounding ground. The room is very clean. The staffs are very nice with good hospitalities. Very good service, I could have very meal at my own room. the food was great. the Private beach is clean and quiet. Good place for relaxing on holidays.
