Beautiful resort near some great restaurants without it being too touristy. Near Fisherman's Village and Big Buddha Temple (both walking distance). The bungalows are so lovely and clean and all a few steps from the beach. There are sun loungers/umbrellas and "net" loungers right by the beach. Lovely pool/dining area with their own resident parrot Pepito- very cute! Reception and staff all friendly and helpful. Will definitely return when back on Koh Samui.

The only minor fault is that the food is average. We had breakfast and lunch there but for the money you can't go wrong.

Really clean room and facilities, relaxed and quiet atmosphere. We had a pool view room and were 10ft from the bed in our room to the pool. We were furthest from the beach and still just a one minute walk away. There are sun loungers and hammocks along the beach front attached to the hotel which are great for chilling and getting in and out of the sea. The beach is quiet and the water is lovely for a swim

Like the other reviews, you can hear a lot of noise from other guests walking past. Beds weren’t the comfiest. Not the most atmospheric place on Koh Samui

I booked this hotel just for one night before flying home after we were in Koh Tao as it is close to the airport and not expensive. I was so positively surprised! Very cute little place, stylish decor, directly on the beach. Comfy beds, super clean with everything you need.

nice quiet stretch of beach inspite of being located on the main road, loads of restaurants, bars and massage shops around. staff very helpful with travel ideas, booking taxis, renting scooters etc.

Breakfast was delicious! Free water was cool, staff was very friendly! There was an issue with my bank, staff let us settle in and pay in the afternoon which was a big help. Beautiful view! Cheeky parrot !

Nice and clean room, lovely staff. Very easy going. Room was right by the pool but not noisy. Only thing people can see into your room but you can shut the thinner curtains for privacy. It's expensive for Thai prices for a small room. It said partial sea view but there is no sea view at all unless you have a sea front room! Nice part of the beach. These rooms are better than the junior suites though as they back onto the busy main road. Overall a good stay in a very handy location by the ferry pier and all types of shops and cafes. Green Leaf restaurant over the road is excellent. It's a good place to stay for a higher budget when travelling

Great little hotel. Staff were so friendly, the rooms were spotless and clean. We had a beach front villa, which was great for the sun loungers & hammock on the beach front. Airport transfers were organised & close to the airport for the last 2 nights of our trip.

The price agreed at time of booking was increased in arrival. The hotel was given card details to take payment and in arrival added 3% charge on top of the agreed price at booking. Room was advertised with partial sea view. Room looks directly onto room opposite. Guests are allowed to smoke in the reception, pool and bar area.

No reflection on the hotel but would recommend beach shoes as shingle and few sharp rocks in the sea.

Location is perfect. Quiet yet close enough to shops bars restaurants and other places of interest. Staff are excellent and managed by 2 guys that can't do enough for you. Rooms are spacious and have everything. Ice cold air conditioning. Cleaned every day without fail, sheets changed and mattress turned with fresh towels, mini bar with soft drinks and beers, 3 fresh drinking water stations to top up the litre bottle given out at check in. Nice selection of breakfasts and snacks available at a reasonable cost until 8pm. Moped hire, tour booking and lots of local knowledge. Pool is ideal size for complex with loungers, umbrellas and outdoor circular sofas. Beach front cushioned loungers and large comfy hammocks overlooking the beach and sea. 2 outdoor fresh water showers by beach along with foot wash when exiting sand.

Long waiting time, when checking-in, checking-out and ordering for food. Reception is open from 8 to 8. That’s late open, when you want to explore the island during the morning and early closed, we arrived late with the ferry.

Beautiful complex with pretty rooms. Location is great, right in front of the beach.

Not a thing !!! There wasn't one thing I could say bad about this place

The place is stunning.. its centrally located.to good beaches and restaurants and the staff are all so helpful and attentive, really make the difference to your stay. The rooms are cleaned everyday to a high standard and we are looking at bringing more friends and family next year. Oh and you can't forget the parrot, he is very amusing and great little character 😀
