Not a dislike but something to consider if you cannot walk steep hills. They offer shuttles to your room and other locations along the coast though! I would recommend hiring a scooter if you visit Koh lanta in general, very beneficial. 200 baht a day from the minimart off to the right of the resort.

Staff are attentive and happy to fulfill all requests. Room is serviced when you utilize the “clean room” door hanger to be more eco friendly, dirty linen hamper when you want your towels to be Renewed. Robes, slippers, beach towels and beach bag are available to use. AC and hot water in very good working condition, bed and linen is comfortable. I can use the wifi to watch Netflix. Resort restaurant is good! A lot of restaurants along the road it’s located on also.

The hotel is not new so just take that in consideration, some maintenance works are being done or needs to be done :) but the staff is there to help you all the time, the hotel functions very well

It’s my second time in SriLanta and I’ve sent many people here as I think it’s probably the best hotel in Klong Nin area with such great staff and amazing value for money! Quiet, full of nature location, dry spacious rooms… love this place! Great beach, great cafe place, nice clean and relaxing pools area…

The bungalow was beautiful but did have a little leak in the roof. There’s not much privacy with the bathroom…a door or curtain would have been beneficial to prevent asking my partner to wait outside at times hah…all part of the fun…Also some Mosquito net / proofing would have been good as I was bitten quite a lot at night. We had breakfast on the last day and it was pretty basic - would suit a family who can’t move around much but if you’re travelling there’s plenty of other options around for food.

Great location for access to the beach, lovely pool and very clean. We stayed in a bungalow and had all the facilities we needed. Did hire a moped elsewhere to get around and checked out the other beaches - seemed like the cleanest beach but few jellyfish so couldn’t really swim. Bungalow was serviced daily and had fresh water and stocked coffee/ tea.

I booked a shuttle transfer from the hotel to another hotel in Krabi, Ao Nang (paid at SriLanta Hotel). Transfer arrived 2 hours late. It took me to the bus station in Krabi, made me took a taxi songthaew to Ao Nang for 40min. I didn't have to pay the songthaew but it was not the comfy shuttle with AC I paid for. It was very hot and there was a lot of traffic so it was very uncomfortable. The songthaew didn't drive me to the hotel but to Ao Nang beach (I believe there was a misunderstanding with the shuttle driver I guess). When I told him that that was not my destination, he told me to walk (10min) as it was close and he already passed the hotel and didn't want to turn around. I ended up taking a tuk tuk (that I paid) as I had a big luggage and it was really hot. It took only 5 min by tuk tuk to the hotel.

I booked the Star Path a beatiful room with a zen style. Very luminous, big, comfy & clean. Located on the hill but there is a free 24/24 shuttle that can drive you whenever needed. Every day, I would get down to the beach/street by foot (less than 5 min) and go up to the room with the shuttle. Lots of nice beach resto & street resto around. Easy to find a tuk tuk if you want to go on an other area of the island. The staff was accommodating, the hotel manager was very friendly and gave good advice about travelling in Thailand (local places to visit  etc., best time of the year to travel). All in all, I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely go back.

The lock of the room did not work properly and it took too long to get that fixed. The toilet seat was not fastened properly.

I liked the beach, and the possibility to purchase food from the kitchen, which then was brought to our room. All prices were moderate and the hotel manager is very professional and works as hard as his staff, the service was always excellent. The drivers, who took us up to our place were always polite and helpful.

A little bit pricey! I understood that it was very nice but a couple things in my block needed upgrading. Apparently they do reduce the price but I was in peak time. The bike rental was good but again a little pricey, should do deals on more than 1 day

Wow it was a beautiful resort! Amazing staff and food was great, breakfast and dinner! Ko Lanta island also made it better because it’s my favourite.

The steps into the adult pool were very loose and unsafe. The water in one of the pools wasn’t very clear so not very inviting. But hey - it’s right on the beach so what does it matter? The temperature in your room when you first enter is super hot. Takes a while for the air con to kick in and for eco purposes you can’t leave the aircon on whilst you’re out (which is absolutely fair enough but just takes a while to cool down again.

Loved our room that looked like a mix between a tent and a bungalow and a treehouse (in its looks). Also really liked the Manager, who always made the effort to have a chat with everyone. The location was great on beautiful Klong Nin beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The lady who booked any trips or vans, etc was super friendly too. Loved seeing the monkeys mooching past our room.

AT the time of booking from the pics it seemed like the hotel is on beachside but its not. All the accommodation are on the other side of the road on a hill and all the facilities such as swimming pool, restaurant , cafes are on beach. So please remember that before booking that this is not totally a beachfront resort. The rooms does not have any phone to call the reception. They give you a whatsapp number you can call if you need something like water or need to order something which was a little hectic. other than that we enjoyed our stay . The beach is a rocky one and not the great for swimming but within 5 mins of riding you have the klong nin beach which is one of the best beach for swimming in koh lanta.

I liked the beachside cafe and food over there. The staff were nice . The hotel environment is pretty laid back and chilled which I liked. We stayed there for 4 days with family. The hotel have a nice playground for kids . Very basic breakfast.

There was sometimes a wait on food and drinks at lunchtime and in the evening. We didn’t mind too much - with such a lovely setting on the beach.

The welcome we received after a long journey was fantastic. The manager, Bunty, ensured we were swiftly and safely settled in our large room; he couldn’t do enough to help. The pools were beautiful, food options were great. Room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is right on the beach. There was always a shuttle available to take us to our room, but more often than not we opted to walk the 3-4 minutes, to walk off all the delicious food! We would definitely return.

The lady at the beach bar was the complete opposite to all the other staff. Quite rude and unhelpful and spoiled an otherwise great little bar right on the beach.

The location was challenging for us. Very far from any usable beach and Ao Nang. We spent a lot in taxis. (At least 4 taxis a day) The resort didn’t run any shuttle buses and we honestly felt like the owner saw guests staying in this picture perfect place as an inconvenience. We paid for 6 days and left after 4 days. The resort didn’t have any facilities to buy basics like water etc…not even a vending machine. It was a 30 minute walk in serious heat or 10 minute bike ride (on very old bikes with dodgy brakes) to the nearest shop. The breakfast didn’t work for us-or the staff when we asked them about it. Only served from 8am they offer it at the restaurant but they prefer to drop it off at your villa. Sounds good in theory but in practice waiting for very small portions of poor quality food from a limited menu and cold tea/coffee every morning meant we felt constantly hungry and a bit sad. You have to pick what you want the day before and send a WhatsApp app message to the resort. The onsite resturant-again great in theory but when we actually tried to use the restaurant on our first evening we were told that last food orders are at 5.30pm. The restaurant closes at 6pm. Too late! No food available on the resort after that time! We are all about the organic farm to fork movement (the entire reason for why we picked here to stay) but when we did finally decide to have a very early evening meal to try their food we were given really tiny portions and left hungry and wishing we had got (another) taxi some where else to eat at a time more suitable for adults! No alcohol is for sale on the resort either. We respect this but it’s not make known until you get there.

The Villas are beautiful and spacious. The gardens are stunning and well maintained.

There was an area in our room for viewing that was actually broken, the tv didn’t work well, Lizards in our bathroom although didn’t affect our stay and to be expected our room was at the top of a steep hill although easy enough to get to and free transport up, overall the staff were great although we had one or two interactions with a particular member that was unpleasant & unwilling to help but besides that was great

Our room was spacious and clean with a bath as well as shower the location of the property was ideal with the sun setting right on our beach at the bottom of the hotel, good size pool area massages were available right on the beach

The bed was very hard. The room was not cleaned for us on a two night stay. The lovely bar/restaurant on the beach had a some friendly but also some non-friendly staff, and one guy who seemed to spend time just chatting rather than serving customers although other people seemed to be rushed off their feet.

Great location. Lovely pools to chose from - there were 3 in total and also a lovely bit of beach! The food served at the restaurant and breakfast was tasty. The lady in reception who helped book transfers/trips. Surroundings of the forest were nice. Nice bathrooms with bath robes and slippers! We enjoyed watching the monkeys on the balcony one morning.
