Little away from the centre.. No fans at all in any of their restaurants. Its very hot and humid even in december therefore fan is a must while eating atleast.

The general manager mr.bunty was always around and helping everyone. Staff was excellent. Very quiet and peaceful resort.

We were taken by surprise that the rooms are set back from the rest of the resort, up rather a large hill! There is a tunnel under the road that separates the rooms and the rest of the resort (restaurants, pools and beach). They do offer a shuttle if you need help getting up the hill, but it’s quite a mission in 30degree heat nonetheless!

Our room was very tasteful with a lovely view over the jungle and with a glimpse of the sea. the beach in front of the resort is lovely and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. The front desk staff was super accomodating and helpful, arranging transportation, scooters, etc. The location is fantastic and safe -- lots of great restaurants in walking distance and the beach right there. Loved the tunnel for crossing under the road.

The door to the bath tub could not close fully. Could improve on the lighting as it's a bit dark.

Facilities were VERY dated bordering unsafe, the sink and AC looked like it was going to fall from the wall. Sun beds were dated, room smelt bad/weird at times too. WiFi is very slow most of the time if you are a digital nomad I wouldn’t rely on it much. The rooms are also so so dark you can barely see, for example as a girl you cannot do your makeup in that lighting.

Comfiest bed ever!! Didn’t want to get out of it. Lovely food, lovely pools, lovely beach although it is quite rocky. Everything is clean, staff are so lovely. Very very convenient has everything you need including scooters to rent.

It was a long uphill walk from the beach, the pools and the restaurants to the room.

We were on a beautiful, quiet beach and there was surprisingly good snorkelling. A very nice massage facility on the beach.

Walking up the hill to our room everytime we get back from an outing is a nightmare. Service is very very slow even just to get a beer. The pool/bar area needs refreshment, looks quite neglected.

The hotel has a huge potential for be the top of the top on Lanta but it’s very very neglected. The rooms require minor renovation, as do the common areas, such as the beach bar and the restaurant. A beautiful garden, but also neglected. the beach next to the hotel (I know it's not private) but it would be enough to take a rake and clean up the garbage. Everything was done slam-bang, which is a pity because the hotel itself is impressive.

Quiet a lot. 3 modern pools, very good restaurant, beach bar. Very kind and helpful staff. Location with a stunning view. The plantation rooms are cosy and (ours) has a spectacular view.

The motorbike rental service they use, I had 2 bikes both I sent back because was absolutely battered and dangerous avoid that part for sure,.... After that We used ko lanta bike rentals they have brand new bikes and cheap was amazing..

Loved the what ide call corner penthouse room lol, huge terrace with spa bath great size for 2 people over looking the jungle and sea. Monkeys very close by too.

It was a bit remote for us. That is not really the property’s fault though. It was a lovely hotel.

Facilities are a bit of rundown, but it looks like they are refurbishing some rooms.

We came to Koh Lanta twice and both stayed in Srilanta. Even though it is in off season, the facilities in the hotel are a bit rundown and with limited options for breakfast, but we still have a quite lovely stay there. The whole place is quiet, you can fully relax and enjoy the peace. The staff and Mr.Bunty are very friendly and helpful, they are trying everything to make us enjoy our stay. We would love to visit again.

This is by far the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Thailand. There is a secret feature which i rather not disclose here, please go and check it out. They have bike rentals and will help you local recommendations The staff was immensely kind. They even surprised my fiance with a birthday cake on his birthday, very sweet gesture. Just one small feedback, we had gone out for scuba for one whole day and couldn't return the bike in the morning. We had a tiny argument with the lady who owns the bike rental at the property and she seemed a little rude but other than that it was a fabulous stay. It must have been one of those days for her. Thank you Mr. Bunty (the hotel manager) for your hospitality. Would love to visit again :) Take care and all the best!!

- Breakfast felt repetitive for me after 3 nights there - Need more sun beds with umbrellas on the beach itself as the heat was unbearable - Booking transport or day tours were tad bit more expensive on the property itself (commission is high for the staff booking it)

It was a pleasant stay overall. The resort manager Mr Bunty and his team were friendly and went all out to surprise my husband on his birthday with a cute bed setup and some muffins. It was a very generous gesture from them to do so. Property is perched up on a slope but we had buggies to transport us quickly just a call away. Stunning stretch of beach. Very private and clean. There is a tunnel passageway to safely walk instead of crossing the road from the lobby area connecting the area for breakfast and beach. Foam provided for our jacuzzi tubs. Staff even went out to purchase me toothbrushes and toothpaste. Very kind.

We had a wonderful time at SriLanta Resort. The resort manager and his team were the main contributors. They were all unbelievably warm, courteous and fulfilled all our wishes with great friendliness. We have often read in the reviews here that the resort is getting on in years - indeed, the pandemic years have understandably left their mark on the SriLanta Resort. But the resort manager told us about his plans - there is currently a lot of planning and investment going on, there will be a night market, hanging beds on the beach, play facilities for children and a new Italian restaurant. We enjoyed our stay at SriLanta Resort very much, even at this stage, and had a very relaxing time. We are looking forward to seeing the new features for ourselves next year. The only wish that has remained open is perhaps a restaurant on the beach with a larger selection of even more authentic Thai food. Otherwise, everything was great!
