It was slightly out of the way - 20-30 mins walk to beach and half hour down to Patong etc

The apartments are beautiful and larger than you would expect for the price. Pool is lovely and the gym is functional to keep you ticking over

The “penthouse” apartment that we were given when we checked in was not what we booked on Booking.com It was a dump. It smelt of mould, it was dirty and in need of repair. It wasn’t what we booked and because we had checked in we couldn’t access the booking email from Booking.com After much discussion with property management we were moved to another room which was the room we thought we had booked. I feel that the photos on Booking.com are misleading. The hotel staff were fantastic and fixed the issue, however had it been high season they would not have been able to do that.

The apartment was good, the location good and the staff exceptional.

N.ot informed of paintwork being undertaken on outside of building therefore unable to use the balcony, open windows and lack of privacy. Had to request towel change after 5 days.

I thought the rooms were a bit dated, mouldy curtains, a Roman blind that didn’t go up properly, the sheets & towels were quite stained & the duvet cover was ripped. I also had to get the cockroaches sprayed in my room

The only attraction near was Surin Beach - all other attractions including night markets and restaurants are a lot further.

Location - conveniently located a few minutes from Surin Beach and about 30 minutes from the airport. Apartment was beautiful and offered an amazing view of Surin Beach since we were on the 5th floor. Think of this place as your own apartment where you clean, cook, and take out your own trash. But we absolutely loved it, it was very private and spacious for all of us. Staff was also very friendly as well and answered any questions right away. The Manager was available through her phone even after hours so that was greatly appreciated. Taxi services and laundry services are also near by.

Comfortable beds, clean, all utilities available in the kitchen, shower, bedroom, and living room. Nice pool right outside our apartment with a good view. Near the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. Friendly staff. One thing though was that I reserved the place including breakfast, but discovered at the site that they have closed down their kitchen some years ago and that service was not available. However, the staff apologized for it, after which I received a phone call from booking.com asking me what I wanted to do next (cancel whole booking or ask for refund of breakfast value). I asked for a refund and operator confirmed sending it to me (had paid by card)

A simple request for providing a full invoice is not being furnished. The management says the apartment was booked, so I should ask for the invoice from booking.com?

Hilly area, beds uncomfortable, tv in bedroom didn't work, aircon in lounge didn't work. Room wasn't as booked. Wouldn't recommend.

We stayed in apartment 502 and it was in a very dilapidated and in much need of updating. The outside table was held together by shelf brackets and the large plant pots on the roof terrace were completely broken. There was leftover food in the cupboard and it felt outdated. The reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t appear to have any local knowledge, which wasn’t great!

charge you a lot of money for electricity separate from room rate. don't replenish toilet paper. maid service 1x week. need to rent a scooter to get around

The room is advertised as a penthouse with access to rooftop dining area. This area was under construction during our stay, yet at no point before or during our stay were we informed about this. The room is also nowhere near as nice as the pictures. There are stains everywhere, including all over the sofa.
