The food, even though they had a reasonable spread was very bland. Have no flavour, was like eating cardboard.

The pool access room was fantastic, worth the extra money to change to the room. Bed was comfy.

The view was not good from pool access room, facing a wall. Built between Graceland and 4 Points Sheraton. Pool steps were loose, one group got trapped in the pool due to steps coming detached, Shuttle service has 2x per day at 11 and 3. Bad times. Notified of power outage from 10am-7pm on our first day, no compensation and said it was a Patong-wide outage. It was not. Next day they wanted to fumigate and we were told we would not be able to access our pool and to cover food in our rooms. We fought this after the power outage. The TV in room 4104 needs replacing or fixing. The sound is very bad. No English channels except cartoons. A lot of foreign news channels. One movie channel that plays mostly Russian and Chinese movies with Thai subs (mostly).

The pool access room was comfortable, pool from the room was accessible all hours, and the bed was great. Friendly staff, especially the cleaning staff, and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food. Good Thai food - actually spicy when requested.

Return shuttle from Jungceylon Centre would be helpful.

Breakfast was excellent a huge spread and enjoyable. The room was good comfortable and clean. The location for OK, right in the middle of Bangla Road and a 711 close by. Right across from the beach, local food stall and night markets.

Our room required a little bit of maintenance to the pool stairs - however, this didn’t affect the use. Upstairs rooftop pool was nice, however, some travellers are quite rowdy and disrespectful. Not the hotels fault. I am a little fussy and found the breakfast buffet a little average, however, there was enough choices to satisfy a hungry belly :)

Location of this resort was fantastic. Easy stroll over the road for the beach and street food & just 1km from Bangla Road. The room was tidy with a full size fridge. Bed was comfortable and really good water pressure in the shower. We had a pool access room which was nice … good to fall into the pool after a hot day exploring.

The pool could be cleaner. The overflow had a green rim.

Rooftop bar looks fantastic and has great views. We had a junior suite and liked the room very much with separate living/sleeping rooms and lovely bathroom.

The location was good. In was in Patong but not in the busy streets. Close to the beach and a lovely street food market. Our room had the semi private pool which was amazing for our late night dips. The rooftop pool had an incredible sunset view and hood cocktails.

This hotel with perfect location. You just need less than 5 mins walk to the beach. 10-15 mins walk to shopping areas. I like the distance coz it stays a bit away from the busy area but easy enough to reach. They have different room types and we have booked two bedrooms duplex with shared living room and a Jacuzzi on the balcony which is really lovely. They provide racks outdoor so we can dry the wet clothes so easily. The room is clean. Air conditioning is strong. We ordered room service which comes fast and yummy!!! You can relax in the room and enjoy good food at the same time. Oh! Their roof floor pool is also an another highlight that you shouldn’t miss! We use hotel-airport pick up for both ways and their price is reasonable. After settling down, we booked an ATV Tour and a PP island tour from the hotel. The assistant manager Dang is very friendly and helpful. She manage to enrol us to the tours with discount! What a surprise 🥰 everything is welly handled and hassle free. The breakfast buffet is good. They provided different varieties and changed dishes everyday. Staff are always polite and cheerful. Very friendly and easy to communicate. We had wonderful time in Phuket and choose to stay in the Charm is definitely a best choice!

Restaurant searing wasn't enough for number of people visiting. In such cases it is better to have a biking system so people are always guaranteed a table. Healthy vegetarian options were limited on breakfast buffet.

Location of hotel and pool room. Roof pool had amazing views. Breakfast had lots of choice of different cuisine.

The property is located in Patong City, which was quite a lengthy commute to Phuket City or places where we went for our tours and activities.

The property was amazing. We loved the hospitality shown by the staff. The Executive Suite that we booked was spacious, stunning and smart! I can’t fault anything at all. Additionally, the convenience of having a restaurant at the property was a bonus for us because if we were too tired to go out we would simply have our dinner at the property. Would definitely rebook this place in the future.

We had a swim up pool but did not use it as the pool was dirty. Often found cups and rubbish floating in the morning and although we saw them cleaning the pool, rubbish was still left floating! Breakfast options were limited and not that tasty..food in the evening was good though. There was limited storage to unpack any clothes and lighting poor.

The bed was comfortable and it was in a good location for Patong. The views from the rooftop pool was amazing. This hotel is good if you don't want to stay for a long period as the location is good.

Firstly it's not a resort but a nice hotel. I don't know why they refer as resort. Secondly there are no Vegetarian options in the breakfast. Indian menu is a nightmare. They should check some YouTube and learn how to cook. The tour desk is very costly and highly recommended to book from outside. Pool is ok.

Room size with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Large refrigerator with sink. The location is amazing.

The curtains in our room had come off their puller, big crack in the bathroom basin ( still worked just fine) I suggest a cloth to go in the great kitchen ( not much that really mattered) we loved it

We loved the pool access to our private pool. Cocktails and dinner at the infinity pool were great value and tasty. Breakfast was fabulous! Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to beach and shops and very quiet!

Only small issue was the breakfast was not catered for Asian cuisine and limited European dishes
