We didn’t like the fact that it was extremely hot in the lounge. No AC in the hotel halls also. The staff didn’t speak English very good.

All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Connecting room was great. Clean and comfy. Location was very convenient. 5mins walk to bangla walking street and patong beach. Just side of the hotel was baazan market.

One of the staff accused us that we had taken the umbrellas and we didn't bring them back. When we asked her to check the camera that we brought them actually back that day, she said that she didn't find anything and let us pay for them. Because of that, we got late on our flight and made a lot of intense .

Check-in is at 2pm with no possibility of an early check-in. The rooftop pool wasn't the best.

The location is in the centre, so you are close to alot of the attractions. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Definitely is not 4 star hotel. It’s only 3 stars. Very noisy during some evenings. Because of the boxing stadium.

Great location, walking distance to patong beach and bangala road. The walk is far enough so that noise cannot be heard from the busy nightlife. A one hour drive from the airport, but taxis are cheap. Night markets around for food spots also

My only issues with crib was the lack of hot water, room size (smaller than other places) and the small desk space. The desk space was a big issue for me as it was uncomfortable for me to work due to its small size.

Stayed in crib for nearly a week which is situated in a prime location in patong (close to everything). I was able to walk out at all hours of the day and night and felt everything was on my doorstep which is exactly what I wanted. Whether it was gym, massages, food, beach, shopping, etc. It is also great value for money considering you get a room which has a functioning AC, balcony, a small desk, and a comfy enough bed to get some rest.

My only complaint was not much shade and no food or drink up at the pool. Which I guess makes sense for tidiness and maintenance, but it made it too boring for me to be up there long with the kids. I ended up at the beach or paying day passes to use other hotels pools

Rooms were clean and comfortable, some of the nicer beds in patong, and interconnecting rooms made staying with kids easier. Which we found hard to find in patong. Nice rain showers with good pressure The crib is in a great location, the quiet end of bangla l, but an extra block from the beach. Just around the corner is banzaan a brilliant place to eat. Go the long ways round till either side of the beaches to get off the beaten track for better food and shopping.

The bathtub in my first room was leaking, housekeeping failed to clean my room the first day after arrival (they claimed I told them not to but I was out all day on a tour). The breakfast was not very good in my opinion (lacked variety with ‘boiled sausages and boiled ham'), sound proofing was not very good with street noise keeping me up all night most nights and only quietens down a bit in the early morning. There was no shaver socket in the bathroom.

Nice and friendly staff, arrived early and my luggage was stored till room became available and the rooms were very clean. I had the UK plugs which did not fit but the reception provided two power adaptors which allowed me to charge my phone and mobile devices.

Choosing this area you should know that it won’t be quiet so we knew that booking this property, but very good value hotel- housekeeping comes every day, everything is close, amazing pool & room service

Bangla boxing stadium very loud and across the hotel. Next to hotel is a night market, it stinks, you can't be on the balcony.

I booked twice at The Crib Patong with wife and 2 kids . Twice they provided 2 connecting rooms. Rooms are nice,clean and the space management is just perfect 👌😍. The Hotel Manager is so friendly. Thanks everyone for making our stay pleasant.
