Room size is small , if you budget some extra, you will get more better than this properties. If have any balcony it will be more attractive for tourist.

It is near by beach walking distance on hotel. Location is great, Hotel is all-time clean look, room size is little, otherwise everything is alright, room service also good, not bed. Budget friendly, so you can use it.

An elevator would have been great, especially since I had to lug 2 large suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The property description didn't indicate whether the property had an elevator. Maybe they should, especially for guests with physical limitations.

I liked the location on a dead-end street which made for a quieter atmosphere but yet still very close to the beach. The proprietors were awesome and very friendly and accommodating. We felt at home there!

No pool and I was on the 3rd or 4th floor so heaps of stairs but not so bad.

The one thing made me unhappy is the absence of the teapot in my room. But ladies at reception were always ready to help with hot water.

The place is a little worn down from what's in the photos, nevertheless it was clean.

The staff is really very good and helpful. The location is also really good, right next to the beach.

Bed is very hard and bed sheets had stains on them so I have asked for them to be replaced which was done the next day. I had a broken chair in my room and when I asked to have it replaced was told they don’t have any other chairs.

Location was excellent, only 3 min walk to patong beach on the side road with dead end.

I didn't know that there was no lift and since I have knee problem, it was a bit painful for me to go upstairs and downstairs.

I was not satisfied with the Wi-Fi access in my room and I used to go to the lobby to use the Internet Of course, it seemed that only the rooms on the second floor had this problem The breakfast time was very late and very simple and brief, but overall I had a good time in this hotel

Room smelled a little musty, but was generally clean.

Good location - extremely close to the beach and main street. Also, some nice quieter street bars and restaurants on the soi. Excellent black out curtains and nice and quiet for sleeping. big room. Security seemed good, with an auto locking door. Nice staff.

It is near to the Pa Tong Beach. Can see beach from balcony. Waking distance from night market. All kind restaurants are close to the hotel. Room was great, i was taken room for 3 people. One Queen Double Bed & one single. All facilities meet my requirements.

Many leaking problems, from the toilet, to the bathroom sink. also mould. Cleaning was not great. The balcony was nice, but didn’t lock properly. note there is no lift in this hotel, and hardly anyone is going to help. When I was going out the receptionist didn’t even help me to unlock the door, even though I had a big baggage with me. Very simple breakfast.

The room was spacious. Great location, feet away from the beach and close to all sorts of restaurants and places to go out. Some of the staff were very nice. Big bed. Cheap price for location.
