The main beach had visitors , like outsiders coming in from ferries and boats blocking the view so we couldnt have privacy at the beach.

The location was beautiful. The water was crystal clear and the island had amazing views and landscapes. It felt like being in the maldives. The spa facility was exceptional and their masseuse Aye was splendid. The staff was very helpful and the resort kept up with its luxury status with small gestures and tokens every night. The property was very lavish and the rooms were spacious.

The organization of the dive centre was a bit haphazard and some days boats were not available to go to great sites.

Great location and wonderful staff. Nice little touches and different tasty food options. You can do as little or as much as you are comfortable with.

There were a few issues at the Racha: - The rooms are large but have some issues. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, like the worst I've ever experienced at a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star hotel beds. - The rooms needs maintenance. For example, a door handle was falling off, the toilet an immediate repair, a light switch fell off, the tea kettle didn't seem to work properly. There were leaks in the shower. Pretty bad, honestly. - Expect to pay silly prices on everything at the Racha, not just food, but stupid money for paid activities that is like 5 times higher than taking these activities through other vendors. Serious price gouging, but not unusual at resorts with a captive audience. - Service has its highs, but often its lows. Its comical, but expect to get a menu but no one will follow up with to take your order. Expect to ask something from house keeping without it arriving. In general, staff just seem a little demotivated. Again, there are some exceptions to this as mentioned previously.

The beach is incredible, one of the most beautiful settings for a hotel I've ever seen. This is the hallmark of the Racha. There are amazing facilities, including an incredible spa, tennis courts etc. There are some nice free activities, including walks and yoga, and plenty of equipment for water sports around the island. The whole island is just a couple of hotels and restaurants. Some of the staff are also amazing, especially Om who looked after myself and my Wife really well.

There are a lot of mosquitoes, and despite the periodical fumigation and our careful open/close of doors, every night a dozen mosquitoes would not let us sleep. It would be easily solved with mosquito nets over the beds as it is done where mosquitoes are a problem. The AC is extremely noisy.

The staff. The hotel is beautiful, as well as the setting where it is located. The breakfast was also very good!

The jacuzzi and the Japanese toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The bubbles/jacuzzi in the family pool didn't work. WiFi was bad and kept dropping out all the time. Nothing a bit of TLC can't fix

The resort is stunning, the island is beautiful. The 2 bedroom pool villa we had was lovely, massive rooms, pool was really big. The staff are really friendly. Breakfast spread was good. Good choices was good, mix of western and Thai.

To be honest, from the moment I reached the island, I fell in love. Everything is perfect. It will be my favourite distnation every year.

We had a fantastic stay! Only small thing was that we borrowed snorkelling gear on one day, and it was a bit outdated / faulty, so let water in - but can’t complain as it was complementary! Also, the rest of the island hasn’t rebounded from covid so many of the other beaches on the island are now deserted which means there’s not an awful lot to do on the island outside of the hotel. This wasn’t a problem for us as we still enjoyed walking round the island, and had more than enough to keep us busy in the hotel :)

Absolutely stunning surroundings and design. The staff were extremely warm, friendly and helpful - in particular C from Chiang Mai who works in the seafood restaurant was super attentive, and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best time for our dinner! The complementary yoga classes with Cher were also a wonderful way to start the day. We have never seen water more beautiful so blue and clear, or sand that’s more powdery white, it’s truly paradise. The rooms were large, modern, clean and really comfortable. The housekeeping staff were so proactive in making sure you had the most easy and comfortable stay. The food in the restaurants was also outstanding, as were the happy hour cocktails and snacks overlooking the sea. The spa centre and massages were great there! We had a treatment together as a couple which was fab. The whole thing was magical!

Beach Front, White Sand, Stunning Sunset, 2 nice pools. Lovely Staff, Nice food, Beautiful environment, We stayed in Jr Suite with Jacuzzi Pool, the pool is 3m x 5m, the Jacuzzi is super strong, and to my surprise, the pool is a HEATED POOL, you can adjust the temperature to your liking, and is easy to operate. I set it to cooler before we sleep and in the day time, We can enjoy the cold water, and set the temperature higher after our afternoon dip, so at night, we can have a Hot Bath / Spa before we sleep.

I was very disturbed by the visit of tourist trips to the place and the inconvenience they cause, since I visited the place years ago and the overcrowding was not like this .. We came to the hotel asking for privacy and quiet. I hope you will reconsider this issue

This is our second visit to the island. The hotel is beautiful in all respects. The cleanliness, attention, reception, and the staff are very kind and polite. It was a very enjoyable stay at paradise .. And I will visit the place for the third time for sure . but be sure to book from Delivery from the hotel itself, as I booked from a travel agency, and they would charge us more 600 baht for the bags, and on the return we had to continue with the trip for 3 hours, and they refused to return us without . And when we arrived at the port, they said that there was no place on the bus for bags and the 1st bus left the port .. Their treatment was very bad .. the agency called ( the raya princess ) ,, dont book any trip from them

The food prices are high and service and tax are all added to the prices. Other than that, it was a perfect.

Transport to the island was very well organised. The small island is about 30 mins by speedboat. The staff and service were exceptional tgrougoutour our stay. The room we had was spacious and beautifully designed with aircon available as needed. The facilities ànd food were amazing and the lsland itself was stunning. The beach is clean witb fine white sand and turquoise water.with big waves and a stunning, sunset view. The resort is helping to restore coral reefs and we has a great snorkeling experience which was through an organised trip on the other side of the island.
