Minor comment direct acsess to beach a bit difficult, probably due to sea currents

While this is not particularly the hotel issue, the access to the beach isn't terribly easy, the area that linked to the beach is generally high tide and doesn't look very safe to go in. Jacuzzi, while sufficient for us, the pressure aren't that strong so it's not really useful.

The entire staffs of The Rock is absolutely lovely, they work diligently and always wear a smile on their face. We also love the bedroom, we were staying in Jacuzzi plus and it's absolutely phenomenal. The room comes with a jacuzzi pool that's quite small but sufficient enough for a bit of splash to get away from the heat. The room is always cleaned very early. They also provide nespresso machine for coffee lover like myself. Our favourite service is their laundry service. We generally get our clothes back very early and it always smell so good. The hotel provided shuttle service (which we used a couple of times) that brought us to BluPort, Market Village shopping centers and Hua Hin night market. It only depart 3 times a day but Grab is very easy to use there if you cant make the schedule. There is a small convenience store within walking distance to the hotel. Cicada and Tamarind market is about 16 minutes walk, we do not recommend walking in the heat though. The spa is also amazing, highly recommended, book early as they also closes very early.

We were nicely surprised by the architectural solutions in this hotel. The rooms are located the way keeping the guests' privacy. The interior is beautiful, the gardens beautiful and well maintained, nice swimming pool, very attentive and nice staff. The location directly at the beach, simply perfect.

No lift!

Near the beach. Nice, clean and large room. I have never seen beds like this, it was huge and comfortable. Good cocktails at the pool area - "happy hour"! Free transport to the center of Hua Hin.

Absolutely loved this hotel, staff are friendly fantastic location. Lots to choose from at breakfast. If you are looking a beautiful hotel with great service I would highly recommend. I would also recommend having a treatment at the spa. I had an oil massage it cost more than you get on the street or beeches but was definitely the best massage in hua hin so I’m my opinion worth every penny 😀

Steps into the private pool were orientated the wrong way (opposite of the entry) and it was very cold (shaded). Hotel shuttle into city needed to be more regular as we constantly missed them or found them to be fully populated. However, at 150 Baht each way, the twice daily return taxi costs aren't huge.

Breakfast is an improvement on our previous stay 5-years ago and generally very good. Main Pool (size and temp) is always a pleasure and the pool staff attentive. We like the 'boutique' feel to this hotel and the intimacy it implies. Love the Cicada and night markets

Rooms were dated and tired...in need of a renovation. The breakfast was dull and lacking much choice.

Nice beach hotel in Hua Hin. Large, spacious rooms with a plunge pool. Kind and friendly staff...they even prepared a breakfast box for my 5am departure. Location is good, in a calm area of soithern Hua Hin.

It was further away from more commercialised areas; e.g. malls; however they do provide free shuttle to get you to these places.

The staff were very accommodating and respectful. The amenities offered were very good. The overall vibe and ambience sets a very relaxing feel. Look for Dada who always ensures that you have a very pleasant stay and goes over and beyond. He delivers the epitome of customer service.
