Nice staff. I stayed in the king size room with balcony. Nice warm lighting, curtains that actually shut out the light (it's rare enough to deserve mentioning), AC + a fan and functioning mosquito screens. Great that the hotel gives reusable glass water bottles and has refillable soap dispensers. Breakfast had limited choice (bread, jam, scrambled eggs, a bit of fruit..) but it was good (esp. the sourdough buns). All in all a very nice stay, thanks!

Would've been nice to have proper sunbeds by the pools, not just chairs.

This hotel was such a nice surprise and probably my favourite stay from the whole trip, definitely great value for money. I enjoyed the very spacios room and balcony, the staff was so helpful and welcoming, breakfast was tasty, great location.

Big room, big balcony ,nice views, swimming pools are awesome. Near the gym , very good value for money , very comfortable bed. The locker is amazing !!! Never seen one before. Lovely staff. I can go on.and on highly recommend this place . Oh ! And breakfast was surprisingly good .Since , it's very hard to find breakfast in the area having one that comes with the cost of the room is amazing.

Great place to stay with a family, it’s quiet, clean, breakfast is simple but nice. Not far from the beaches, car or bike are still needed to go around. There are 4 pools

The side of the bed should have the plug for guests to charge the devices. Only spot that has is where the TV and Fridge are, but they are used. I had to ask to the extension from the staff.

I like the pools but I would like to the room to have small kettle for guests.

We tried to extend our stay (and eventually succeeded) but they charged us more than we had previously paid per night. Not ideal and the customer service from management wasn’t very courteous.

Large spacious room, some hanging storage, fridge and bedside tables made for a comfortable stay. Shower room is a large space with very hot shower. Regular pool cleaning, great for lengths.

Cold shower!!! there was no hot water during my stay. Hard/uncomfortable bed. Reception often unstaffed. main swimming pool doesn't look good (half empty, needs more water).

This is a budget accommodation and it has Great size room, lovely terrace/balcony. Good Aircon and fan. Free breakfast (not great but better than nothing). Good central location in Kai Bae. Great value for money, hard to beat it for the price. Room cleaned every day.

Not enough plug sockets+no kettle.

The pool was fantastic for anyone who likes swimming.The breakfast was a change from the norm pre packed really fresh sandwiches,fruit and fresh juices.The room was very spacious.Good location very close to bars and shops and only 5 mins walk to the beach.
