Jellyfish everywhere in the beach and sea. We didn't enjoy the sea during our stay. Is not hotel fault, Krabi on march-april is full of Jellyfish. A little bit far from everything, you need a car if you want to move.

Beautiful resort with rooms in front of the beach. Very good breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very good price.

- Pools could be more open to garden or views - Avoid end of march / easter. Beach and sea were infected by jellyfishes.. that come up for this period of the year. We couldn’t swim in the sea nor walk in the beach safely.

Very nice sunset view from the hotel's beachfront. Plenty of pool lounge chairs are available for hotel guests to relax and enjoy the sunset view. Breakfast is OK but could be improved especially with the coffee machine. Staffs are kind and welcoming. Hotel gardening with small waterfalls is very natural and nice.

The property setting was beautiful. We had a beach front suite, waking up to the view everyday was worth the 20min scooter ride into Ao Nang. Rent a scooter, lots to see and cab rides will add up fast.

Something within the A/C stank, I asked multiple tmes to het it fixed, nothing happened. Finally, after two days,I got a new room. The staff is not very flexible.

The beach is nice but rather small. When low tide, it’s not ideal for swimming. Not too many opportunities around the hotel (a few restaurants), which didn’t bother us.

We booked a bungalow right at beachfront, which was wonderful! Nice comfortable room even with a outside shower and a nice „private“ terrace with 2 sunbeds.

- Far away - Not too clean/hygienic - A bit dated

The surroundings are beautiful, but unfortunately, it is too far from everything (30 minutes by car/motorbike). The hotel rooms are in need of renovation, and overall, the rooms did not give a truly clean and hygienic feeling. Everything is a bit outdated. The bed was rock hard, feels like sleeping on the ground. However, it is a very beautiful resort in a lovely setting. The food in the restaurant is not that good, it could be much better.

The garden bungalow was very spacious, clean, comfortable, pretty new furnitures. Right on the beach, equipment with beach bag and flip flops. The beach has comfortable sun beds and generally it’s very private and quiet beach. The big pool is also very nice for refreshing swims. The room cleaning ladies are very polite and kind. The pictures of the room are pretty accurate to how actually they look. The breakfast terrace has a nice view and food is good.

The restaurant food and service was terrible. They really need to work on that since the view from the restaurant is amazing so it has a lot of potential.

Great location for a peaceful vacation with a great view of the sea. The beach is secluded from the tourist rush which is a bonus. Rooms are spacious.

The staff was working extremely slow at the restaurant and they didn’t seem to enjoy their job. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at, I can’t give the staff a good rating.

I requested a room with two twin beds but got a king and then had to pay extra for a roll away bed.

The beachfront location and pools were amazing. We enjoyed the beachfront restaurant and breakfast area also. Pools has adequate lounge chairs. Airport was only 45 minutes away.

- The hotel is too expensive, comparing the overall experience what we have got. I think we willnot come back tp stay here again surely. - The receptionist was a bit unpolite. It was obvious with her speaking tone. - Swimming pool is a a bit dirty. - The hotel looks luxury but the staffs are not that friendly and unprofessinal. They just work because they have to. They barely understand english which is lead to missunderstanding. - Breakfast could be better than this, Thai food was prttey bad and we are quite surprised that we got coffee from a coffee pot. - Car rental is possible. Although the vaious prices are shown on the paper eventhough there is no info about the extra charge for 500.-THB. The receptionist said that If we would like to rent a car we have to pay extra 500.-THB because the car now is at the airport ans they have to drive the car over to the hotel for us. We ended up not to rent a car. - If you want to go somewhere, you better to rent a car directly from the airport (which is cheaper) or motorbike rental also near by. - Taxi price starts at 300.-THB per way. - Not much options for the restaurants near by.

- We stayed at beach front room which is very sastisfied with the view. Only few steps to the beach. - The Beach area is very quite and peacful which is very good for recharge body and soul - Laundry shop near by. - Beach boy staff and the clean lady are very nice.

The service left much to be desired. Some of the staff were impolite and unfriendly. Moreover, the location was very remote, so having your own vehicle was essential. Otherwise, they charged a fixed and exorbitant fee (around 20 USD) to take you anywhere, even if it was nearby.

One of the most beautiful views I have seen. The beach is just astonishing.

The staff did not speak English sufficiently which led to several misunderstandings. Also, we had a problem with the toilet suddenly starting to flood in the middle of our firat night and we had to change rooms (in the middle of the night). We did get an apology, but no compensation at all for the inconvenience, even though we asked for it.

Initial impressions weren't great, as reception staff weren't at all welcoming and our first meal wasn't the best, plus reception actually took the deposit from our credit card rather than simply freezing it - not great as we obviously lose out on exchange rates.

Great location, with beach villas looking out at the sea. Restaurant and housekeeping staff all lovely and the views over the beach to the islands were spectacular.

The restaurant can do better. The food it's meh... they can improve on that way a lot.

Lovely beach in front, very clean with absolutely stunning sunsets. Nice hotel with a cool pool for my teens.

The restaurant on the beach is very bad both in terms of service and of quality of food: one night we had to wait more than an hour for a dinner with no salt and really bad, they tried to make me pay for it but fortunately they gave up after my strong complains (to be sorry is not a solution for this issue, 100 meters away from the resort there's another restaurant definitely much better for everything). It's simply unacceptable for such a resort like this to provide such a bad service with clearly inadequate and unprepared staff

Beautiful resort, very calm position in front of Andaman Sea with a really stunning and relaxing view (unforgettable sight with low tide), breakfast ok, access pool room very nice and comfortable, ideal place if you look for some calm far away from crowds, noise and confusion
