Everything was just perfect. It made me feel like I was inside a botanical garden. Very peaceful, clean, the staff is soo helpful and friendly. The bungalows are very nice and clean and realy comfy. If you travel with kids, this is the perfect location to be...our doughter spent half the time of our stay in the lovely pool and us beeing there in low season had the pool practicly for ourselfs. We will certanly be back to Vipa if we return to Krabi.

Breakfast was nice but a bit limited.

Great location, next to a clif and plenty of nature. First day we saw monkeys coming down and been around the hotel. The bungalow was spacious and very nicely decorated. Rustic outside but very modern inside. Very friendly and helpful staff. The free shuttle to the beach was very useful.

Nothing related to the resort. Good to know: It was the rainy season. Ao Nang had a lot of rain during our short stay.

This resort is amazing. It is so beautiful compared to the other places we've been in Thailand this summer holiday. The highlight is the combination of the garden with the little houses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot, but also advised & arranged multiple sightseeing events on our request. Every morning a fresh breakfast is created on demand. They've a small menu, where you choose what you want. The pool is ok for a short dip

The location is lovely. You're off the main road leading to the beach which meant it was quiet at night. You're secluded underneath a beautiful cliff with trees everywhere and a lovely patio to sit outside at in the evening - the scenery is really top notch. Staff were really great too - very helpful with everything. There's a shuttle service leaving the hotel every 2 hours, but you can sometimes pay for them to take you out-of-hours, if you're not able to get a Grab or Lineman taxi. Having said that, it's only a 15 minute walk to the beach so you're never really constricted.

Our bungalow seemed to have a termite problem- there were damaged areas all over the wood. The cleanliness in detail needs improvement, even though it was cleaned daily. There are no towels for the pool, on request we got some. Also the towels should be better washed, they had stains. The mattress needs to be changed urgently, it was very worn out.

Well-kept bungalow complex in a large green garden in front of an impressive rock, a bit outside the hustle and bustle, which we found totally pleasant. There are cheap and good restaurants just around the corner. If you want, there is a free shuttle to the beach several times a day. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful! They helped us quickly and flexibly to repair our broken backpack 😀 The AC was the best and quietest on our week long trip in Thailand. Our bungalow was spacious and bright. The breakfast is good.

Vipa charged 3% extra for the room rent as I used credit card for my payment. It was not mentioned in the booking.com. Charging additional cost for the credit card was bit surprised.

Hotel is located in a nice place. Its really quite, so highly recommended those who are travelling with kids. Breakfast was reasonably good, but options were limited.

This hotel was such an amazing find. The location is beautiful & so peaceful. Our room was spacious & clean, & the bed was comfortable. The porch area was lovely, it felt so tropical & was nice to sit out on at night time. The nearby restaurants & cafe are exceptionally good & the beach is about 20 minute walk away.

The bathroom was slightly old, with infrastructure in need of some updating, such as the water heater which seemed to be a bit outdated or not working as it could. But considering the heat outside, that was not much of a problem.

The staff was superb - from the front desk to the cleaners and the ones taking care of breakfast. They helped me with taxi to the airport, any questions about the area, taking the shuttle to the city and more. The view from the resort over to the rocky, jungle-looking mountains was breathtaking. The property is continuously groomed and cleaned. The shuttle from the hotel to the city centre was super practical. The room was big and clean. Absolutely wonderful shower. The pool was clean and super refreshing.

The setting is very pretty. Lush, tropical gardens. 20-minute walk to the beach, there is a shuttle that goes at certain times.Tasty breakfast. Staff very friemdly.
