Friendly welcoming staff, the resort is located directly on one of the best beaches, great breakfast, private beach chairs, lots of facilities, nice big and comfortable rooms, nice garden, free transfers between resort and ferry port, have stayed here 7 times

Amazing resort on a big but quiet beach. Can easily access the busier beaches with all the activities. Amazingly filling breakfast and buckets of cocktails!

The location was fabulous, I loved being on the beach. The rooms are worn and not super comfy-no bedside light, just bright overhead lights. The bathroom was pretty worn, but the water was fine for showering. It was a good value for the room, and I’d stay there again.

The food! The breakfast was good and they accommodated our special requests (crispy bacon, more tomatoes, darker toast); but most of the other meals were not good. They need better cooks. The service was good though; everyone was friendly. One more complaint is about the umbrellas. They weren't close enough together and there were spaces of sun shining through.

Beautiful beach steps away. Friendly workers, great service. Big room cleaned well. Beautiful sunsets. Amazing fire show once a week.

Speed boat over

Little run down but I liked it right on the beach restaurant was about 7 out of 10 . Few other restaurants very close about same 7 out of 10 we got speed boat right over sea was a little rough.didnt like it.on way back took free hotel transport to little too village then got speed boat form there better shorter journey better that time . Big bed was great very good blacked out curtains comfortable stay the staff good room clean.a few nights is enough

It's a little outdated, but considering price and location, it makes up for such conditions.

The beach front was amazing and very accessible to all guests . Breakfast standard 😋 but very bountiful, 3 choices all very good .shuttle to Port every half hour ...very eventures walk about area very close to resort ...a most do to see the natural beauty of this island .

It could be smelly at times but given the location, it’s hard to avoid. The breakfast was too much food of mid quality. I’d rather less food but of higher quality but recognise that it’s hard to provide as high a standard in a more remote location as you can in a big town.

Food was ok, service was exceptional, plenty to do, but not right in the hubbub.

It's very popular place, and sometimes can feel a bit crowded, especially during holidays.

It's located right on the beach. This is one of five Koh Larn beaches, and it's more secluded than most resorts in town. It's one of only few hotels in town with private beach access.

Very close to the beach, good breakfast and friendly staff. There are a few small restaurants along the beach serving good Thai food. A good place to watch the sunset. Rooms are basic but large and clean.

The place is in need of a bit of paint touch-up and the like. Still very functional for a simple beach accommodation, but looking a bit worn in places.

Free breakfast offered 3 choices, was plentiful, tasty, and was served by lovely, smiling staff. The restaurant/bar staff, with whom we had more frequent interaction, were very friendly and helpful (e.g., remembered favourite tables, offered to take photos of us). Having clean beach towels supplied daily was much appreciated. Free shuttle to/from the ferry pier was easily arranged.

Staff did not explain oportunities (for ex. about sunbeds/towels) - You should be proavtive and ask. Do not expect 5* facilities, but there is everything You need for beach days enjoying the sea.

Good location at the one of nicest beaches at Koh Larn, in a few steps from the sea. Transfer from/ to Pier , howewer host did not responded to our request for transfer ti the hotel, but this is nit an issue - there are Tuk-tuks, yor will be transfered to the hotel for 30 bahts.

Room was cleaned in a rush, loads of black hair in our room after check in.. facilitys a bit worn down(cabinets etc..) Should have a Thai only Breakfest Option.. all are mostly Western..

Location, Location, Location... Awesome Beach with only a handful of Thai Restaurants... Hotel was ok. Roomprice was in my opinion a bit inflated due to the island status.. Lots of Dogs running around and chill on the stairs to the room or your terrace.. you shouldnt be afraid of dogs if u stay here...
