There are rocks and coral close to the beach - especially at low tide, so be careful when you go out to the ocean. For a family visiting, this would not be a deal breaker if you are deciding to visit this hotel.

The area is quiet, the beds were really comfortable, breakfast was good and large portions and the food at the restaurant was good too for other meals. The beach was also nice at low tide. Transportation from the pier and back was convenient too. Beach towels were provided for beach access and the reclining chairs were nice too. lovely breeze in the evenings. There was an excellent fire show when we were there too. The restaurants close to the hotel are hit or miss. I would recommend not eating at the one right beside the hotel.

Understandably, language was a barrier to communicate effectively our dietary requirements.

The resort is located in a quiet side of the Island. Plenty of options for restaurants. Staff was absolutely wonderful and eager to make our stay a good one. Beautiful gardens and places to walk to along the beach. Easy to move around the Island in taxies.

The only let down was the rather sparse breakfast which wasn't cooked too well, my egg was that under done I'm sure the poor chicken who laid it had not missed it yet, I had the smallest cup of coffee I have ever seen in my life and no offers of a refill, I think they frightened the bread with the toaster the result was two slices of very stale bread, and the selection of seasonal fruit was some dry pineapple and some watermelon. All in all a very poor attempt at a breakfast

The food in the evening was very good, not the cheapest, but good choice. The room was very spacious and very clean, the aircon worked fine and certainly no complaints on the accommodation.

Rooms are located a little distance from the reception area, but the walk is nice and hotel transit bus is provided, if needed. Lots of stay boys on the compound. Otherwise, no complaints.

There were too many stray dogs hanging around the grounds of the resort. Other than that, all was great

I have stayed at Xanadu before and like the resort. Great value for money. Gear facilities, right on the beach. A shuttle sweetbreads from the boat pier, large comfy rooms. Superb breakfast.

There are no beach towels. There are no toiletries.

Free transfer from the pier. The room is quite spacious, fridge, kettle and mugs. Towels were changed every day, bed linen every other day. Wi-Fi is free, stable, even reaches the beach. There are enough sunbeds if you are busy in the morning, before the guests arrive on the island. The restaurant is good, but the menu quickly tried everything. Prices are the same as in other restaurants on the beach. Smart TV. The beach is gorgeous, the water is crystal clear. The people are moderate during the day and no one in the morning and evening. The underwater world is not rich, but the inexperienced swimmer will have something to see.

beach front location. clear sea but usual beach sand needs clear up after high tide. white sandy beach. A lot of day trippers and very quite after 6pm. we were in block A next to reception and sea which was handy as not long walking required to beach and restaurant. beach towels are provided. breakfast is basic and same applies to room. sun set views are amazing. very reasonable priced. free pick up and drop off to pier

No bedside lights, just roof neons. When we asked them about booking taxis for town, they passed us a local number to call, knowing we didnt speak Thai!

Beachfront, nice breakfast area right in front of beach, breakfast included and price reasonable, transats, lovely beach walk. Free pickup and return to Naban Pier. Relatively quiet resort.

Room not kept well. No attention to details. The latch on the door was mounted wrong and the door would not close unless you pushed the thing in with your finger. Mold in the bathroom. Very young personnel, very very poor English level :(

For a beach club that boasts of 70+ rooms, only actually provided 14 sun beds on the beach. Obviously, they had been 'towelled' by 9 am, although not sat on much all day, meaning an extra 300 baht /day, to hire beds further up the beach where it was very busy with all the day tourists etc.

Great location at the end of a busy beach. Pick up from the pier was great. Food was okay, but no spice! Rooms were lovely and bed was very comfy.

Rooms on Booking .com show water views and rooms on the water, that was the reason for booking this motel for our stay, also messaged the motel and requested that for the 2 rooms booked. Our rooms had no water or beach outlook and were behind another building 80M from the beach!

There are not enough beach chairs. Individuals will come out early, but towels down and then leave the whole day. The staff does not speak a lot of English either

The location is as described. Lots of trash does wash up on the beach and you should use caution with little ones. We found glass bottles.

Everythink was good. Only breakfast every day the somne. If you stay in hotel 10 days. is not good. Also sunbeds and sunumbrela - for kapacity of hotel rooms absolutely insufficient.

Hotel was a bit far from local amenities and not easy to get transport into town at night. Restaurant area could do with updating needs new tables and more comfortable chairs.

Hotel was on a lovely beach. Quiet location and comfortable room. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and the general menu for food was very good and reasonably priced. Overall excellent value for price.
