It's a good location (near Patong beach) but very close to mosque to can hear lots of praying.

The water from the shower was leaking on the bathroom floor. We had our room balcony at the street and it was quite noisy.

The room was clean and spacious, a lot of facilities. The hotel is located near the beach (10 mins walking), and Bangla Road (20-25 mins walking).

It looks much better in the advertisement. The pool is shallow. The air-conditioner is extremely noisy and has some type of placebo controlled setting preventing cooling your room more than 25 deg C. Cleaning is only done by brush, so don't expect clean carpets. Additionally the mood lighting was broken and the wires duct taped near the TV.

Staff are really great and always freindly. I really like that they give you two bottles of water a day. Pool area is nice.

The rooftop Loungar Bar is not in operation, so can't have late evening drinks.

Our room was excellent. Great space, furniture and nice bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. Big breakfast spread! Friendly staff! Great location, far enough from noisy centre but close walk. Parking was really useful for us!

Only problem that the TV didn't work for 3 nights we stayed. Couldn't watch Movies or normal TV stations. Best side that it was great.

Just be mindful the hotel sits between two mosques. With the call to prayer happening 6 times a day . Earplugs are provided at reception. Or ask for a quieter room location . We stayed 7 nights without it bothering us

Told the reception staff that the backlighting behind the mirror in bathroom was not working this problem was not dealt with even though reception said they would deal with it. Very close to local Mosque so noise throughout the night. Not the hotels fault I appreciate. Another rope needed for tricep pull-down in gym ( there is only one )

Restaurant & bar a little expensive even in happy hour. Both lifts didn’t work at the time of stay. WiFi can be faster for the TV to not buffer.

The electronic doorbell malfunctioned all on it's own in the middle of the night a couple of times + the doors are everything but sound proof. The spa part of the hotel was under renovation and not available. The same goes with the rooftop lounge. The elevators were slooow due to constant stopping on almost every floor and sometimes in an illogical order. The rooftop pool bar has a songlist of 20 dance songs which started to annoy after listening it through several times per day. Something more chill needed + a small inconvenience of neighbouring mosques yelling their prayer call loudly a couple of times a day (mostly applies if you are on the rooftop).

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb and the rooms/premises were very tidy. The rooftop pool was great and there was plenty of space in upper most level of the roof with artificial grass. The view was amazing. Also the gym was well equipped and clean. The beach was relatively close. The hotel room beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was able the room cool throughout the day if you left one of the two key cards in the electronic socket on the wall.

My bathroom was not ideal with the bath and shower installation, as every time after I took a shower the bathroom was under water. Even though the location is really nice and centrally located to walk, there is a main road passing by and if you have one of the rooms facing the road it might be too noisy. Breakfast was good, but if you came later most of the food was out and not topped up. (e.g. I went for breakfast at 9:00). The spa was also out of order, which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.

I liked the room I stayed in, as it was really spacious and comfortable. The hotel is also in a really good location, which is walking distance to Patong Beach. The staff were really friendly and kind, always willing to help. The breakfast was really good with a big variety.

There is a mosque so depending on the side your room is, you will not escape an early wake up. Staff were generally helpful. Although it seems asking for a cup of ice from the lobby bar is overstepping the realms of reasonable.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped.
