Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineWifi was terrible as for 5 stars hotel, interruptions of connection were permanently. A mosque is nearby, so we should listen loudly praying several times a day with the first at 4:30 am. A-la-card restaurants didn’t have value for money, because of the great main restaurant and nothing special in the ordered restaurant. A lot of noisy toddlers sometimes were disturbing because of the family oriented hotel.
The service in general was excellent. Many workers were super client-oriented. However some employees weren’t enough trained for their roles. The quality and variety of food and drinks in the main restaurant and other food places was exceptional. The hookah bar was great with the very proficient and client oriented barman. The territory of hotel was absolutely well-conditioned and comfortable.

RussiaThe seashore is getting deeper almost immediately, what can be confusing for those, who don't swim or like just to bathe.
Great staff, very friendly and professional. I had a great unexpected upgrade for the much bigger room. Very good food almost 24 hours, a lot of fun activities are available on the daily base. With the rental car you're not far from some nice places with the really beautiful nature.

KuwaitEnglish language. hotel staff needs to improve their English language level for non Turkish and non Russian or Eastern European guests. after 7 days and interacting with many of them only 1 was able to speak normal English with me and he was from the entertainment team. Even the hotel resident nurse English language level was so basic she had to use her smartphone translator to communicate with us

United StatesPricing the sea cabanas was disappointing. I was happy to spend money at the spa, salon, photographer etc. That was disappointing because I flew from the US.
Fabulous time!! Staff were unbelievable and welcoming. I had a blast on the waterslides with my nephew. Great place for family photos too! The photographers were ready and so kind. I also recommend the spa for message and the salon.

United StatesMaybe I am a spoiled American, but when it says All-inclusive, it is always all-inclusive in the Americas and Caribbean. Apparently in Turkey even in Ultra-All-Inclusive you have to read the fine print what is included and what is not. For example, there were 5 more restaurants on the property for an additional fee. Prices for some additional activities like Spa and sports are all negotiable and staff lowers them in exchange for tips (maybe it is just in Turkey). The facility is rather old but clean and well maintained. Each family member was issued 3 access cards: pool towels, lights in the room and room access. In many other resorts I visited it was all in one bracelet for example. Thus, to carry a number of cards with you and not to forget them was somewhat cumbersome.
Beach was exceptional, however, deep in the water you could see some debris likes tires, pipes, etc. Diversity of food in the main restaurant was great and different every day. Activity for kids were exceptional. The area and hotel were clean. Entertainment was very good as well. Staff was very helpful with exception of one occasion.
