Unfortunately we never got to use the hot tub as the water was draining out so we couldn’t fill the tub to use. The gentleman at the desk did offer to help us, but couldn’t work out how to plug it either until the next day, which was our last. It wasn’t a huge deal for us though as we would’ve asked on the first night, so this isn’t a negative really!

Despite some of the bad reviews, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked the deluxe room with hot tub - the room was even better in person and the air con unit did a fantastic job of keeping us cool at night. We had two balconies to choose from, and was a nice place to chill out. The bed was comfortable enough and the minibar provided was great as we were able to get drinks and have some snacks without having to go to the shop. The bill at the end of our stay was fairly small for what we had which was great. I would honestly ignore the negative reviews for this hotel as it seems like it’s just the basement rooms which aren’t good.

Only cold water in the kitchen. Sofa is old and not very clean. No Smart TV. Seems a little overpriced.

Fast and stable WiFi, microwave oven, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, all needed kitchenware, pretty quiet place.

not catering the needs of their customers. for five nights we stayed we repeatedly requested extra blanket and every time they promise but not giving us so what is the point of saying yes and then ignoring our request. Also some of the staff even not replying if you say good afternoon nor morning especially the lady who stays evenings and cleaning staff. Greeting and smiling is the basic communication between people.

The hotel is on top of a pizza shop, and all the stench from the ventilation is going up into the hotel rooms and stays on the laundry, left to dry on the balcony. As a consequence, we were unable to use the terrace, even to have a quick cigarette. The hotel needs some repairs as well.

Service was relatively good, most of the staff doesn't speaks English at all.

We were accommodated in a basement room, so obviously I did not like not having a window :D But also there was a smell from some smoking area coming to our room, which was not pleasant at all.

The location of the hotel is very nice. Also the swimming pool was fantastic. One part of the swimming pool for small kids, one part for adults.

3 flights of stairs with no lift, doesn’t sound like a big deal but when the temperature is over 30 degrees it’s quite hard work! Quite a built up residential area, lots of barking dogs especially at night or early morning.

I stayed in Basement room which is literally basement. There is no window which must be mentioned but was not. At basement room, it is hard to get cellular signal which can be a big problem for some people. Wifi is poor. And the biggest problem is, there is warehouse at basement and all noice during the day is also in your room.

Location is great for both city life and beach life.

The room was spacious and very good but the lights will get you at the morning from everywhere they should change the curtains also the air conditioning is not big enough for the room.

The room was spacious and clean and the house keeping was good also the jacuzzi was amazing, location is perfect very close to the sea just 3 min walking and the stuff were cooperative.

First day the trash bin was full. The rupture of water then electricity twice. The very slow internet most of the evening time. Dirty towels brought after cleaning. Air conditioner drain on balcony.

I did not like the lack of. Leaning frequency. The delivery of dirty towels time to time. The non cleaning under the beds even though it was full of dust. Thequality of the toilet paper. The AC drain point was on the balcony which was always wet, I have to keep a bottle to collect the drain and empty it everyday. When I made the booking it was said free parking but in fact it's only three places and if 3 ars are there you might not go about one km to get parking, it's a so busy area with pubs and hotel apartments.
