The free water provided was very fiddly to open. This is all I could critise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and did everything we needed it too. It isn't fancy but is in a good location and great value. Excellent breakfast and the terrace is a nice bonus. Really quiet and good night's sleep despite noise outside the hotel.

Only one con was the leaking shower.

Everything was excelent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped with all our questions. Also it is very good that the reception works all the time. The room was clean, new towels and water every day! The kitchen staff and the food were also very good! The terrase with the view- gives additional points to the hotel. All in all- I would really recommend this hotel. The price was great! Also the location is very good- near the main mosques and the bus stop.

Breakfast was OK but not your full menu Yellow cabs are a nightmare at times to get hold and always tell the driver to go by the metre as they try and negotiate a price up front but if you can then travel in the trams very good and very fast and regular

I could not really fault this hotel, at the heart of Sultanahmet with the Blue Mosque, Topikapi Palace and Sophia Mosque all a few minutes walk, the staff were helpful and pleasant and the reception is manned 24 hours, beautiful city and people and lovely history

The accommodation exceeded our greatest expectations. Its location is amazing: the Hagia Sophia is about a 3 minute walk away. Everyone in the staff was kind and caring. There wasn't a thing they could not manage. The breakfast is amazing; it represents the Turkish hospitality and gastronomy. The roof terrace is the best place to sit down and watch the view. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for everything!

Call to prayer from the nearby mosques can be heard very early in the morning. This may wake you up if you are a light sleeper.

Some days we had issues with the hot water which is not acceptable for this type of hotel. We "solved" it by showering extra early before the water runs out... The place for breakfast is quite small so gets extremely crowded and there is only one person taking care of everything from preparing the food, picking up the tables, replenishing food and cleaning, so sometimes it can be a bit slow.

Great location close to all the main attractions in sultanahmed. The rooms were nice and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Out taxi to the airport picked us up at 3pm and the hotel let us keep all our suitcases and wait in one of our rooms until that time. The buffet breakfast takes place on the hotels rooftop which has amazing views of the bosphorus.

I like the location, the staff and the layout of the small yet elegant hotel. The terrace where breakfast is served, is an exceptionally good place to savor the breathtaking view without being blocked by other buildings.
