Our stay was for 13 days and everything was alright.

Breakfast was well organized. There was a rich choice of fresh ingredients, kindly taken care of and served by Ersin and Karina. Also a constant possibility for coffee and tea was available.

While the breakfast was quite extensive and nutritious , it seems the menu was repeated every day. Some variety would be appreciated. But my experience was just for 2 days, so I may be wrong but I have seen similar comments from other guests hence my comment.

Amber Hotel location is excellent, just about 25-30 mins walk to the Blue mosque and the Hagia Sophia. Room was very clean and comfortable. Every day the professional housekeeping kept the room nice and fresh which was like you returned to a new room after your tiring day trip around the city ! Considering the location and quality, the room charges are quite reasonable. Ali, the manager was really nice and professional. I was tentative when I decided to book an early morning taxi to the airport just the night before, but Ali managed with very little hassle which saved me a ton of time ! He was also willing to grant me early access to breakfast so I would not miss my included breakfast. Highly appreciated and kudos to the service and operations !

The best part of this hotel was the manager front desk and the breakfast. The breakfast was probably the most extensive, fresh and inviting we experienced in 4 weeks. The front desk was very helpful and cheerful. The room was average.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything facilites is very close. The staff are amazing. You feel that you are at home and surrounded by family. The managers are really nice people, Yakub Bey, Muhammad Ali and Selçuk are very helpful and available whenever you need them. Breakfast as well was great. Thanks to Karina and Ercin. I stayed there for 5 days and the breakfast was the same every day, so a bit of variety would be nice. The hotel is slightly old fashioned but overall cosy and nice.

Great location, within a walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar and the tram station. This is a friendly and safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants just around the corner. Most importantly the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. Alil, the waiter in the restaurant, offered a great service, always with a smile and shared some cultural insights. The terrace where breakfast is served offers some nice views and it is a nice way to start the day. The room was impeccably clean and I was lucky to be on the garden side so it was quiet. The wifi was very reliable.

The room was small and the shower was splattering water on the ceiling which left the whole bathroom wet including toilet rolls. Didn’t want to report as I did not want stress my self with anything concerning repairs.

Location. The food and goods were cheaper than Sultanahmet area.

Need more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Need more space in triple rooms and family room. Need a clothes rack to dry clothes.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Room clean everyday. Fresh towels and slippers given every day. Nice relaxing roof top terrace and beautiful sea view. Part of blue mosque is visible from the roof top. Overall very happy with the service and the staff.

The rooms are tiny, TV didnt work. No space in tiny bathroom and shower. The toilet was right next to the shower making it impossible to use.

the maid never changed the sheets during my stay and I don't think she ever vacuumed for how long we were staying.

I was at this Hotel for the first time with my Mom and my Cousin, the Hotel it’s nice the Food it’s okay it would have been even better if they had diversified a little at breakfast the staff very friendly and helpful.
