We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast at rooftop with good views! Bedroom with cave features looking at hillscape outside [ but not for ground floor junior suite which has no window]. Good location at higher part of Goreme . CanadaMy only complaint is the showers, we had two rooms and one shower wasn’t draining water properly, while the other shower wasn’t getting hot water. To be fair, we did not make a complaint to staff about this so I’m not sure what the resolution would have been. The shower glass could have also been scrubbed more throughly between guests.
Loved the hotel, very charming. Great staff, everyone is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast and coffee. Hotel has perfect location. Comfortable beds and slept well. I would definitely stay here again and good value for what we paid.

United StatesWe had an amazing view of the city. At night as the lights came on it looked like a fairytale. We stayed on the top floor and had a rooftop patio. We enjoyed seeing the balloons early morning. Our room was three levels with many steps to arrive. It was a wonderful hotel with a staff that went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The hotel was good location area. It is located on the tourist area, souvenir shops and restaurants. The staffs were so friendly and accomodating. Thank you for always answering our queries and requests. They arranged our tours and activities in Cappadocia. They were able to booked our massage and dinners, which we enjoyed it. All our shuttle bus, travel arrangements were also organize and on time. Thank you for being so good during our stays.

IndiaThey don't have a concept of complimentary water bottles. They only provide one water bottle for one room for one day. How can someone manage with one water bottle in a room of four ?
Staff was helpful with the needs and we booked the stay for 2 days. The other day staff cleaned the room themselves keeping our things untouched. Room was spacious for 4 people.

Singapore- parking can be tricky (have to park quite far from hotel) - that’s it really!
Amazing location - literally 5 minute walk to a lookout point where you can witness the sunrise/sunset and all the balloons. People literally pay to come to see the balloons from this location and you get it for free! Aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful - very nicely decorated. Large rooms. Air con. Nice garden area to chill out in Decent breakfast options Staff very friendly
