Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI had to buy a swimming cap to use the pool even though I don’t have much hair on my head! The pool wasn’t that warm either.
Grand hotel which was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. Good location by the mall next door which includes a supermarket on the bottom floor. Tram stop opposite, perfect location to get around easily. Lots of breakfast choices, some which change daily. Reception organised a taxi to take us back to the airport.

Location is great, right next to a shopping mall. Very quiet and nice well-organized lobby with a friendly and cooperative staff… Valet parking is efficient and fast..

United KingdomThe staff was 100% super friendly and always tried to help me out. However some could not speak basic English and communication was difficult. I’d suggest the hotel manager should pay their staff for English lessons.
The location was good for my business purposes however it is a walk from the city centre. The hotel was spotless clean—hands up to the housekeeping staff. The Sky Lounge bar and restaurant really know how to take care of their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My main interaction was with Kardican and Caner—awesome people. The Sky singer Sedat and Burcin were incredibly great and even gave me some folk Turkish singing lessons. I wish I could stay longer!

KuwaitAC was so bad when I enter my room it was so hot I wait for 3 hours till it cooled down and at mid night the AC was get off which waked me up and I call reception it took 2 hours to fixed it again

United Arab EmiratesI will not recommend the honesty of the hotel and the attitude of the receptionist because we forget a jacket ,I contacted them about it ,when we arrive they showed me a picture of it the previous night , and said to us we can pick it up the next morning so when we went to them they said that it have been delivered to someone else on 19th , we wasn’t there even on that day !!! so please don’t forget anything in there hotel because even if they said it’s there they will not give to you

TurkeyLocation is bad. Avoid staying at the Trabzon (east) side of the building. The car wash and the football field work until late hours.
