Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. HungaryEasy access to the city center without sloop, so I can recommend here to anyone. They arranged the horse riding tour, the mixed tour (red and a little bit of green) and the balloon tour for us with reasonable prices. Especially, I recommend to book the balloon tour from the hotel because they may have a vacant seat for guests which you cannot find on the web page. The breakfast with panorama from rooftop was a great start of the day. It included some turkish traditional homemade food, and we enjoyed it. Our room has the bathtub and it was really helpful in the cold weather. Special tips for Japanese guests: Some staff can talk Japanese so if you feel nervous about communication in English, this is the best place for you.

RussiaThe owners make you feel welcome and are ready to help you with any of your questions/wishes. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Our room was on the ground floor, no view, but it was cosy and comfortable. It also seemed like a quieter corner of the town, at the same time it's a really short walk till a sunrise viewpoint or to the beginning of the pigeon valley trail. I booked the hot air balloon ride via the hotel, and it was a magical experience, with a great crew.

The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is stunning, views are great, beds were super comfortable, bathroom and facilities were super cleaned and the staff was very friendly. Farkan in particular was very helpful and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp, he answered every question we had and gave us many great recommendations. We were very impressed with this charming boutique hotel during a recent 2-night stay. It is a first-class, family-owned business and this really shines through in the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and the professional attitude of Furkan and the other family members. They were very attentive and responsive to all our requests and were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other services in Goreme. The design of the rooms is very tasteful and is comparable in standard to similar high-quality hotels we have used in Western Europe. Lastly, the breakfast was wonderful and included several homemade items which were delicious. We cannot speak highly enough of this first-class hotel and would strongly recommend it to other travelers.

MalaysiaThe hotel was clean and they allowed us to choose which room to choose as they weren’t fully occupied. It was really novel for us to stay in a cave hotel. Transport was arranged by Aren and it was comfortable and punctual from the airport. The people there were so friendly and helpful - Furkhan was very helpful and eager to help. Breakfast was fantastic and beautifully made and presented by Melissa (Furkhan’s sister). Some of the ceramic and tapestry pieces were made by their mother and it really felt as though we were guests in their family home. Its location is very strategic and within minutes of groceries, souvenirs, handicrafts and really great restaurants. Would highly recommend this place.
