This is a "tired" outdated hotel that needs renovations. Wifi was very weak, and the tv kept losing signal cutting in and out. Furniture and walls all scuffed up and old smell in hallways. Price is higher than we have seen for better hotels in other USA cities.

The hotel is acceptable for a one night stay while passing through. Property barely met our expectations.

Room was clean and quiet thru the night. We were Given a handicapped room. We requested a standard room. The shower could use updating. The breakfast was very good. The attendee was helpful and on top of things. Great employee.

The blow dryer didn’t work but that was about it.

Jamie-the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly & very helpful. The rest of the staff were great as well. She definitely made our stay better. The breakfast the hotel supplied had a great selection of stuff & the coffee was always hot & ready!

The walls in the room weren’t super nice, a few cracks and not good Sheetrocking job. Also maybe some gluten-free options for breakfast would be nice. If you’re looking for a “nice” hotel based on looks I would not recommend this one

The rooms were furnished nicely and and the beds super comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating, the pool was the perfect temperature, and overall it was all really relaxing.

The hotel needs to refresh/update rooms--countertop in bathroom had a chunk of arborite torn off.

Breakfast was okay food was not hot enough. Location was great. The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Your Bathroom was slippery, dangerous. How do the handy cap do..water was all over the floor, no stopper for that from shower. My only dislike. Not safe in BR!

Carpet in the hallways.

Although high priced for the quality. The rooms have been remodeled and it looks awesome! But the wall as could have been redone as well. I love the no carpet in the rooms. The floors give it a higher quality feel but the carpet in the hallways not so much. The hot tub should be ripped out and the pool taken down.

Hours pool was open. Staff person said she could not open it because she had arthritis in her back and couldn’t roll up the cover. Had to wait to check in when our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 pm.

Breakfast choices were few and I was disappointed there was no breakfast sandwich without meat. The carpet around the ice machine was very wet.

On very rude staff. As we were unloading our luggage and dogs from the car, one of the dogs barked at him as he walked passed in the parking lot. I quickly apologized and he then gave the stink eye, shook his head and mumbled rude things under his breath.

I give this a "bad rating" due some lack of communication, cost, etc. Since I booked around the May 1st timeline, I would have liked to have known that the pool/jacuzzi and drinking water wasn't accessible due to the water ban/boil ordinance. Had I known (since you knew as of April 19th), I wouldn't have stopped in this town and paid for a hotel that had a pool that I couldn't use.. Bottled water was provided; however, they ran out 1.5 days into my 3 day stay. My first day breakfast was wonderful; however, the second day's eggs were cold (not as in they just were sitting out and got cold, they were still a little frozen inside and the biscuits were extremely cold as well (again, seemed like they hadn't thawed). My key stopped working on day 2 of my 3-day stay. I contacted Quality Inn's main number to voice my concerns and the conversation wasn't great, but she said she would take action. I have yet to hear anything. I understand the ban of the city water is out of your hands; however, since you knew this prior to me booking a place with a pool/jacuzzi, you should have discounted or told me in advance.

the employee/front desk clerk on the second day was amazing and helpful and answered my questions. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Great location for passing through.
