Our room windows opened to the terrace where loud music plays from 8:30 AM until late at night. Could have been more hygienic.

The bathroom in the dorm is really gross. Single toilet for 12 beds with a large tp waste bin overflowing. There are two shower stalls with a sink outside between them... One shower doesn't have a drain and the dirty shower water runs across the sink area floor into the other shower stall to drain. The hair collects on the floor by the sink. It wasn't cleaned once when I was there. The room windows open to the terrace where they play loud bass till midnight, earplugs not enough... Most activities require early wake up so not ideal. It's more of a hotel that seems more focused on attracting bar clients from below with the fire pit, lights and music.

Friendly staff that is helpful with booking activities. Nice breakfast. Good view from the terrace. Comfortable bed.

We loved everything about this place. Beautiful, clean room, amazing rooftop, perfect location. The manager, Ceren, was super accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. They organized the balloon tour at a very reasonable price as well. Highly recommended!

The room is very small, there is no AC, and it is hot. The window looks at bar terrace and there is music until 23. If you came to Cappadocia and going to see balloons you have to wake up at 4. You probably will not sleep at all. The toilet and two showers are placed in one of 6pax hostel room. 12 guests use it and visit your room. Hostel breakfast is shared with your room, you have to sit at special table and share specified amount of food. But food is quite good. Wifi is not good for work

I think some basic utilities such as a shelf over the bed for leaving necessary things, better lock boxes, ventilation inside the dormitory toilet should be considered.

The common spaces are very nicely furnished, hot water is available at all times, breakfast is great, the view from the terrace is exeptional. Staff are friendly and helpful.

3rd flloor, 2 (6) bed dorms partioned in small space with 1 shared entrance and 1 combined shared toilet and shower. On ŕooftop with music early untill 11PM, rooftop open 24/7, windows open onto this rooftop only and no AC. No food/drink allowed on rooftop unless purchased there. No general place to sit quietly with other travellers to relax/talk.

Location is great, very central. Hotel has an amazing rooftop, where you can have the hot air balloon fly view in the morning. The breakfast is just next level good, I didnt expect it to be that big and delicious. All of the staff were super friendly, especially Serkan, he gave me amazing tips on cool destinations of Turkey. The bed is comfy, you get basic hostel room, most importantly, it was very clean. And since it is a cave, you can hide from the heat during the daytime inside, it's much cooler. Working space and the wifi on the rooftop is very good, I could do some work there. Overall great experiencce

The rooms were not great There was little privacy in the rooms we stayed The hotel staff denied to even provide us tap water stating that the water was over and the staff was not there. There was no complementary water bottle etc.

The room was not as described on your site 1. No wardrobe just hanging bracket not even a small draw unit to put our smaller items of clothing which had to stay in suitcase 2. Electrics on lights faulty dangerous connection INSULATION TAPE AROUND WIRES and plug was not fixed to wall 3. No were towels rails in the bathroom just put them over shower cubical at one stage shower door came off rails we were offered another room but the fixtures and furniture was the same ***SEE IMAGES***

The location was very good to the centre of the town and bus station 2min walk which suited our needs. Staff were very helpful however most of the staff we spoke to were young the main receptionist/supervisor was 21 and only Temp for a few months Other Staff either part time or Volunteers one of which was finishing after about 4 to 5weeks

Comfortable rooms at good location. Staff is exceptionally helpful and very polite. Kudos to staff as, they helped us to plan our tours at very reasonable rates. The breakfast service was good with a great balcony view.

- The room was next to a bar, and there was a lot of noise - The staff didn't attend to our request to check the bathroom because of a leak probably that we found when entering the room (we asked 3 times, but no one came to check and fix it) - The room lacked a lot of the equipment written on the website, but it wasn't a problem for us (no socks, no tea/coffee machine) - Although the price seemed to be fair for the hotel, the ability of the staff to quickly fix technical issues matters more than decorations on the walls

-The staff was very kind - The location: center of göreme and close to restaurants, gift shops, etc... -The breakfast was very good and complete (traditional turkish breakfast) -The room was well decorated - It was possible to book guided tours at the reception - My friend forgot her coat after leaving Cappadoccia and Ceren at the office quickly sent the package
