Taxis have to stop at the bottom of the hill, and the staff are happy to help carry luggage, but if you have a lot, it could be a downfall.

Our rooms were at -1 floor next to the kitchen which was very noisy (last night they woke us up at 3 in the morning) and smelled funny.

Some things in the room were on the verge of breaking. It needs a bit of repair. But nothing awful. Also they need to get proper queen size beds instead of pushing two twin mattresses together.

It has an amazing rooftop terrace where you can eat breakfast with a beautiful view. Also there’s a good view from the rooms.

Check in staff and reception is nice. Check out staff is really not helpful. The person who on duty at check out time did not help us to find a taxi, so we had to walk with our large luggages on the street. It was terrible.

The main problem is the cleanliness of the room. It wasn't bad, but I would really recommend vacuuming under the bed, as there were rubber bands, candies, ... that weren't ours. It would also be helpful to clean the mattresses, as there was a lot of hair on them. The other problems were: the relatively slower internet, dripping water even after the tap was properly closed, and the noisier air conditioning at start-up.

I have to appreciate the view from the room and the terrace the most. We lived on the fifth floor with a view of the Galata Tower, which was amazing. You had a beautiful view of the whole city from the terrace. The room was spacious, when we got to the room, it was nicely warmed up. I also appreciate the own kettle in the room with tea. The hotel staff was very pleasant, I also appreciate the safe, which worked well, the air conditioning was able to heat the room sufficiently and the water flow was also excellent. The location of the hotel right next to the Galata Tower is excellent.

Monotonic breakfast. Needs more variety. The hotel has good view from upper floor rooms but its location is near to Galate tower and the area has tiny streets and sharp uphills and downhills. Surely we became more fit but I wouldn't recommend it for disabled or eldery person. Very comfortable shoes is a must. Lots of hotels in Istambul are located in such hills..hence if needs be inquire before booking..

the rooms and the bathrooms need a renovation it’s old and sheets have stains on them I used my own towels and sheets. it’s up on a hill and taxis don’t go there especially if you’re with old people not conviennent

Room needs to renovate, especially the toilet. Towels needs to replace, it looks dirty white.

The location is good and near to galata tower, honestly to other travellers, the rooms looks old and might need small renovations. On the otherhand staff are helpful as expected.

Great place for a short trip! Clean and peaceful even next to one of the busiest areas in Istanbul. Very convenient to go to the attractions, not easy to get a taxi but the staff will help you.

The location was the best thing about the hotel it was just 9mins walk from galata tower and you can easily go from there to taksim. Felt safe as a solo traveler .

Keep in mind that even though location is perfect place for exploring the town you have to walk up and down so be prepared for walking up the hills😁

Location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they were very helpful giving us useful advices about all we planned to visit.
