The mattress was quite uncomfortable during our stay and there is room for improvement in terms of breakfast

Room was spacious. parking just outside the hotel was convenient and hassle-free. The staff's assistance with luggage was greatly appreciated.

Like anywhere in Afyon, no one speaks english. I had a hard time with the hotel staff to communicate.

Even though I booked 2 rooms for 4 people, the receptionist tried to give me 1 room. Unfortunately the language barrier made it difficult to understand each other but a guest passing by helped translate. The bed was extremely squeaky every time you turned. The air conditioner smelt like cigarette smoke. I understand that the water is harsher in Turkey but the bathroom seemed like it wasn’t properly cleaned. The restaurant was extremely hot to sit in and no description of food for breakfast.

The lobby and presentation of the building is very nice and looks very luxurious. Valet parking included

The woman with dark hair at the lobby reception not friendly at all, she looks very unhappy, cranky, broken English. I sent a message to the hotel that we will be between in between 5 to 6 pm because we were driving from Bodrom. When we get to the hotel, our room wasn't ready, she asked to wait another 30m, because I said that my check-in will be at 5 pm, really!? Check in is at 3 pm my room should it be ready by 3 not by 5 when I arrived. We were so tired after 7 hs driving. Then,I asked her for hot water, she replied "we don't have water at this time" so rude, unkind! What kind hotel doesn't have water!! Then she gave us a horrible bedroom, safe box like a shoes box or a toy for kids, TV didnt work, bathroom door broken fallen apart. The worst of the worst the bed! Stiff like sleeping in a piece of wood! Please don't stay here. $60 a night when the hotel in Bodrom with ocean view costs me $70!

There is awful 😞 attitude of the receptionist. We had approved reservation one month ago for this hotel and at the time we arrived, the lady who said to us she is the Manager 😠 and looks like a person who can only hold the mop, made a short declaration that their system with Booking has been broken.... who knows....no, certainly we knew that she lied well about broken system. And at the moment said that we have no reservations for the particular date - 1/09/2022. I showed her the approval from Booking, but it didn't work and we had to move to another palace. This hotel and the staff there are awful!

The room & the WC was not clean , especially the bed sheet , blankets & bathing towels was extremely poor condition, the bathroom used items was not removed when I receive the room.

The staff at the reception is confused, we had to wait half an hour to find our reservation. The room was in the part of the hotel for workers and not for guests. There is a lot of dust in the room, towels are hard, pillows are uncomfortable, as if they were brought later. Very low quality breakfast,. The hotel does not deserve such a high rating, especially since it is not clean

The hotel impressed me with its location and quality of accommodation. The staff is professional and hospitable. The rooms were neat and the breakfast was at a high level. The hotel has its own parking. All recommendations for this hotel.
